I don’t know what kind of manager it takes to get a Pizza Hut this incredible, but they must be one of a kind! Personally, I usually prefer Dominos when it comes to pizza, but after experiencing this special hut, things haven’t been the same since. The atmosphere was unlike any other pizza establishment I have ever been too. It was relaxing, comfortable, just an overall joy to be at. The food was phenomenal and the service, phew, let me tell you, that service was top of the line. TOP of the line.

DO NOT FAVOR DOOR DASH PICKUPS OVER CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE BEEN STANDING WAITING TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED AND HELPED!!! That was done to me on Saturday night, 01/11/2025 at this location and it did NOT make me happy! I had been waiting in line for several minutes, the clerk saw me... but when A Door Dash-er came in, the clerk immediately asked what the name was for pickup, completely ignoring me when I was clearly there first and waiting to be spoken to! ALL customers come to the location to spend MONEY, regardless of who they are. Respect that and do not allow Door Dashers to jump in line. That is TOTAL BS!!
Parking: Be prepared to drive around and around looking for a parking spot so you can pick up your order. ALWAYS a hassle to find parking and go in and grab your order.... especially since I am 2 blocks outside their delivery area!!

**** update on this review** Pizza Hut stole my money. I forgot to add that after leaving my burnt, dehydrated day-old looking "pizza" at the restaurant in disgust, I did call my bank as suggested by the manager to cancel payment and my bank canceled it. Weeks later I recieved a letter from my bank informing me that the restaurant went to the trouble of contacting Visa and forced the payment which caused my bank to reverse the canceled payment. They took 38 dollars from my bank account for food I didn't even eat.
Original review: I'm a frequent customer and order carryout at least once a week from this location. As usual I ordered carryout online and brought my pizza home but realized this time it was made wrong and looked like it had been sitting around all day. The crust was like a rock and the cheese was black and so cold. I ordered extra sauce but when I tried to peel the cold cheese back, it stuck to the dry crust underneath. It was bone dry, all I could see was pizza crust once I finally peeled the cheese back, it had no sauce. I tried calling the restaurant 5 times but no one picked up so I brought the pizza all the way back to the restaurant to have them remake it.
When I got there the manager was sitting outside on the ground on her phone, smoking a cigarette in front of the store. She watched me walk in the restaurant and stayed outside to finish her cigarette. An employee inside who looked like he was on drugs, approached me as I stood at the counter and looked at me like he was ready to fight. When I told him about my pizza he responded with major attitude and said "well I'm not the manager" and stomped out to the front where the woman smoking was and stayed there chatting for a few minutes. Once she finally came inside, she didn't bother to wash her hands. I was very respectful and showed her the pizza and explained what was wrong. She adamantly stated "thats how it is" I showed her how the crust was old and rock hard and half the cheese had burned and it had no sauce on it she just looked me in my face and insisted it had extra sauce the way I ordered it, I showed her it had no sauce and she repeated "that's how it is" and insisted the pizza was normal. It was clearly trash, asked if she would eat it, she said yes. I kindly asked if she would remake it and she refused and when I asked for a refund she refused to refund my money either telling me to call my bank if I want my money back.
She kept the pizza and I left the the restaurant in disbelief. I'll never forget how much of a miserable experience I had with that disgusting woman. I've work in management and customer service my whole adult life and I would never dream of treating someone the way she treated me. She should be ashamed to be a manager and be fired immediately. What a sad and pathetic way to treat a loyal customer.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not order from this Pizza Hut! It’s less than a half mile from my house and they farmed my delivery out to Door Dash. I got a text saying that the driver couldn’t find my house and to call or text the driver. I called 4 times and the driver didn’t answer his phone. Then I got a text saying my order had been handed to me. It hadn’t. I texted my neighbor to ask if it had been delivered to his house by mistake and he said it had and that the idiot driver was driving down the alley looking for my house and knocking on my privacy fence. I called Pizza Hut to complain and the women who answered the phone after being on hold for more than 15 minutes hung up on me. So I called back and asked to speak to the manager who didn’t offer so much as an apology and hung up on me as well. They have zero professionalism and zero customer service. Do not order from them.

Got my pizza and ate a good chunk of it and got sick the next day I threw up what tasted like baby formula on the pizza and something more I know that I haven't had pizza gut pizza in awhile but that was very horrible aftermath on that pizza will not be ordering from pizza hut again ever again

Ordered 3 pizzas for my hard working technicians. ORDER #6305085 Placed on Thu Nov 14, 3:58 pm Order was delivered according to email sent out by updates, but my order never arrived, Maybe it was dropped off at another store with a big Midas sign up the street. Once Chicago store was called for updates the phone call was picked up by a pizza hut representative that then connected me to the Chicago street store. I was hung up on before a word was even said. We will need full refund for pizza order that was never delivered to correct address and 1 - star service :(

A bit disappointing. Order was correct, but it all felt a little undercooked. Crust was overly soft and the cheese wasn't melty.
