We ordered a pan pizza and got a regular hand tossed. Immediately after going back and showing the store that they messed up they refused to even acknowledge that they made mistake.
We came to pick up our order and immediately ran into parking issues—it was a nightmare trying to find a spot. Once inside, we had to wait an additional 10 minutes past our scheduled pickup time. By the time we returned to our hotel (just a two-minute drive away), the pizza was already cold.
I also paid nearly $4 for fries, only to open the container and find about ten fries inside. Highly disappointing. This is the second time I’ve visited this location within a year, and both experiences have been poor. The first time, the staff was rude and disrespectful, which led us to cancel our order entirely. This time, the store seemed understaffed and overwhelmed, causing delays and noticeably affecting the food quality.
Unfortunately, this will likely be my last visit to this Pizza Hut

I was charged twice for my pizza. Cashier seemed to be under the influence, manager didn’t seem to speak English. I will have to sort out the charges with my bank. Pizza had minimal toppings.
