I’ve requested square cuts on my pizzas multiple times, yet my instructions are repeatedly ignored. Frustrated, I stopped ordering for a while, hoping time might bring improvement. When I finally decided to give them another chance, they failed me again—once more disregarding my request. I reached out for a fix, but they gave me nothing. When I asked for a refund, they never responded. To make matters worse, the management is downright terrible. I won’t be ordering from them again.

The person taking the order's was very rude .Got home with the pizza and it wasn't even done went back his behavior was worst then the frist time .I have been there several times and never experienced that type of service but it was enough to make me not ever come back again

Ordered online... Waited over an hour. Called to check on it and was told our order had been cancelled because the oven was down. Communication about this would have been helpful.

Placed an order 2 hours ahead of delivery for a big party we had for a lot of kids.

They’re currently 2 hours late. We found a replacement but I’m not cancelling the order. Had a $40 tip waiting for the driver - now instead they’ll have to eat $110 order.

Needless to say, after the thousands of dollars my business has spent here I can’t justify this experience anymore.

And it’s not the workers. It’s the fact that the owner of Pizza Hut is a hedge fund that also owns every delivery service. They cut pay, cut staff, then try to pass the money to uber - which they also own - and we all know how terrible uber delivery drivers are. Probably skipped the order because they aren’t paid enough to eat, and since it was cash they didn’t see the tip that was going to them.

Would have given a zero if possible. Ordered 2 brownies and waited 20 mins only to hear that they don’t have anymore brownies. We had to wait while they were serving the customers that came in after us and when we asked what happened with our order they tried to give us a box of cookies saying they didn’t have brownies so they want us to take cookies without informing us about the situation the whole time we waited. Also the person serving was being so rude to us even though they were making the mistake with the order. There was no refund made though we didn’t receive our order. This is definitely not the way to handle the situation.

Somehow got my girlfriends order wrong 3 times we went there giving her pepperoni when she specifically asked for none (she is Jewish) 😭 the second time they gave us a coupon for 3 free pizzas because they messed up and even with the coupons our 3 pizzas were ALL not what we ordered. Kind of hard to comprehend how they consistently make wrong pizzas. How does that even happen?

Poor service, pizza and wings were pathetic. We had to throw away our entire order and the manager did not take responsibility for the refund after numerous calls.

Won’t ever order from this or any other pizza hut store ever again. Why? Fully functional restrooms closed to the paying public. Your a restaurant why would this be acceptable. Don’t msg to see how you can “make this right” i’m not interested, you’ve lost a customer cause of your shitty corporate policies.

Can't say much from this branch, tried 2 different credit cards but the mashine decline the cards, a min later went to Domino's next door and the same card gone through. Pizza Hut just don't want to make business with me. What ashame.

This place sucks! The staff is very rude. There's random people hanging out inside trying to sell things to people. The parking lot is a mess so people just block the driveway. Seating inside is very limited. It's obvious that DoorDash is the only reason the location can afford to stay open.
Update: I reached out twice via the email provided in their reply and through the website. No response.
