Absolutely horrendous customer service through the call center in United Arab Emirates. Extremely slow delivery times, over a hour and half for a delivery. I don't understand what kind people have been hired, Pizza Hut really needs to reconsider their franchise in United Arab Emirates...

Very poor service and my order was delay for more than 2 hours. I made a complaint to Ms. Okma at call center and she didn't sort my problem and got duty off. Very poor service. I will not recommend anyone for pizza hut kotahena branch. Even the person Mr. Shafras who spoke to me on phone also not responded properly and attended my complaint.

Pésimo servicio me hablo una persona que no llegaría mi pizza que por que el guardia no lo dejaba pasar que me hablo en varias ocasiones cosa que s mentira le pregunté al guardia y al repartidor por que si llego y dijo que no había tenido inconveniente pero la persona que me hablo me hablo gritando y insultandome se supone que las llamadas son grabadas espero hagan algo al respecto por que iré a la profeco tengo la llamada grabada

I am all for the Jamaican Amazing 4. Tonight I get home bone tired and decide to order a pizza. I ordered the same thing I always order; They even have it saved. When the pizza got here, there was no marinara sauce and barely enough cheese on the slices. (I took pictures and called back. They sent a replacement with the wrong toppings and too much sauce. It even seemed burnt and I mentioned this to the delivery guy. He claims that it is well done. I am disappointed Pizza Hut,
