Pizza Hut Express

At near to closing time tonight my girlfriend ordered a meal deal including a 3 topping pizza, boneless parmesan garlic wings n cheese sticks, the food was awesome except for the boneless chicken wings as they literally didn't arrive with the rest of the order.... when my girlfriend called the Pizza Hut here in New Brighton she was informed by the manager on duty, that she herself had cooked the chicken wings, including them in the order n if we had a complaint we should contact DoorDash, the front in that however is that one of her very own drivers delivered the food n my girlfriend paid for the order in cash... she blatantly argued with my girlfriend that the issue was not with her restaurant or her crew specifically her delivery driver but with door dash... I have the receipt for the order to show her err in the morning to hopefully a manager who can accept the fact that unfortunately her crew isn't the perfect 5Star crew she wants to insist that they are as either she or her delivery driver kept the order of boneless wings that we have proof that my girlfriend ordered though we never received... Had we received ALL the food we paid for I would most certainly recommend this establishment to others but based on the manager err and her blatant disregard to assure customer orders aren't going g to be filled at the end of the night, refused to fix the issue or offer any type of rectification what so ever.. I would specifically recommend if you want Pizza Hut while in New Brighton it would most likely be a much better and more satisfactory experience to use door dash n order thru either a Saint Paul or Roseville location to avoid buying food for this locations manager or delivery drivers... n I will be contacting this location first thing in the morning to express our extreme disastification in the lack of service we received from this location !!!
