Just was here at this location, I was in the drive through with my partner. When he went to pay the girl that wasn’t even wearing a uniform like the rest of the staff with the name Nayeli on the back, she was rude when she gave my bf back his card waiving it in his face and when he was obviously surprised she laughed and closed the window fast on him. We don’t expect a lot but this was weird as hell, Popeyes do better

My first order was spicy chicken wings with the sauce on it. There were some chicken hairs and feathers on it. They don't clean the chicken good enough.I went a second time, and I had a request for the 8 piece spicy chicken and for the skin to be removed, and then cooked...I had asked for this request because my first order (days apart) there were still some chicken hairs and feathers on the chickenThe employees and managers at this location are from another country, and they don't know what chicken skin is., and I didn't order anything that dayMy third order (days apart) was chicken strips (since they leave hairs and feathers on the other chicken, and don't know what chicken skin is) I ordered spicy strips but they gave me regular strips.

These idiots ask people to stand in the drive thru give your order because the Dining area is closed during OPEN business hours 10:30am.... when someone is hit by vehicle guess the drive thru won't be open either. Idiots.
