I ordered a 4 piece combo, chicken was very bland with no flavor and didn’t recieve any hot sauce or honey.

This Popeyes chicken on Chicago and Lake took me for $11.38 off of my card. I showed her on my phone that she just took my money and I gave her a dollar to settle the remaining balance. That balance was .36 cents. After going back in fourth with someone who acted like they couldn’t understand what I was saying or wanted her to do, I know for a fact that if a card is declined, nothing comes off of it. I ended up paying again for my food by reloading my card. Come on now “ Popeyes chicken and fraud!!!! I got the proof!!!!

This location is the original twin cities Popeyes before franchise elsewhere up here. The food and service is wonderful 😊 😋 👌

Ismael provided the best drive through experience I’ve ever had. He helped with order number 9 at about 8:30pm. He was really great and I appreciate it! And the food is FIRE and he remembered which drink was our Diet Coke and regular coke.

The Mexican guy who is the manager and works at the lunch time. When he took my order in the store. Every thing was fine. When I wanted to pick up, he was like come to the window to get yo ur drinks again and I’m like I ordered everything while I was inside why go outside. I had to drive outside and get in the lane show my receipt and pick up my drink !! He is very disrespectful and disorganized. Not sure why he is the supervisor
