This Potbelly is a little tricky to find as it’s in the Rand Tower Hotel. You need to go to the 2nd floor via the elevator or winding staircase. Sandwich crafter Chris makes really good sandwiches. It doesn’t seem too hard but if made wrong, ingredients fall out and leaking happens too. Chris made our turkey and swiss sandwiches perfect. On a hot day, these sandwiches with chips for dinner hit the spot! Thanks a bellyful Chris!

I love your sandwiches they're always filling and super fresh tasting.. I love how they are made and the fresh ceggies on top make the sandwich taste when better.
Vegetarian options: The freshness of the veggies is better and tastes fresh more then other sandwhich shops I've been in I will always order from this sandwich shop when I want one.

Gardenia, is a cashier there and both occasions I've went there for lunch she acted like paying cash was foreign to her and she got quite the attitude. She gave me 3 dollars in quarters cause they had no cash. She is serving customers and shouldn't even be interacting with people with that attitude. I will not visit that locatio again.
Manager was appropriately adequate in dealing with inadequate employees who were both rude and inconsiderate by giving a a refund. The first employee had headphones in while taking our order and barked at us and was being rude in general. Then after my husband gave a generous tip our family sat down. All sandwiches were cut and orderly except for mine. It was a grotesque mess. I went up to the counter and politely expressed my displeasure. To which the second employee told me and I quote "I don't care". I told it back to her with a disgusted look on my face in disbelief and asked if that was appropriate considering the tip that was given. She and the other employee insulted me and laughed at my husband. The manager came out told the first employee to go to the back and the other was told to be quiet. The manager handled it most promptly and professionally. I could tell the manager was embarrassed by the whole thing. We thanked her for the professionalism I hope the employees find jobs that suit them better because this was completely unfair to put the manager in that position.Yes, I would like to make contact if there was an actual email or phone number left. Instead I wish you the best with corporate.

Worst service, don't even deserve one star. Paid for my food for pick up, was told an additional 20 minutes wait when arrived at scheduled pick up time, and ask for a refund and was told to wait 5-7 business day. It has been more than 5-7 business day and no refund have been made. Won't be going back anytime soon unless I want Potbelly to steal from me again.
