Really sad to see the downfall of this location. It has been a very slow slide and continuing to get worse. You can't get in and out of there for take out in less than 30 minutes. I would hate to see the metrics of sandwiches sold per hour. It feels like going to the DMV for lunch

This place is a freaking joke, stopped im at 6:18 pm to grab a sandwich after the gym, I walk in and informed that it was closed because one of the workers had a concert to go to tonight. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me in a week. If your going to close at 6 then update your damn hours or if your the owner your getting scammed by your employees who are consistently closing early and your missing out on sales. This location sucks if its after 6 don't even waste your time coming down because they will probably be closed.

This place can simply not handle the lunch rush. Looks like they have plenty of employees but wait times are extremely long, especially ordering online. I ordered 11:30 with an expected ready time of 11:40 and didn’t get my sandwich until 12:30. Don’t understand what’s going on here. It’s gotten way worse.
The meatball sub was disgusting. The meatballs were cold and there was barely any sauce. Very disappointing.

Place an order online ahead of time to get there and wait 10x longer than the people in line... make it make sense. This has happened multiple times.

Employees were rude! Im not sure if I interrupted their smoke break because it took 10 minutes for anyone to show up at the counter.

The young black kid working Monday lunch time has got a real attitude and shouldn't talk to customers the way he does
My meal was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Terry did an exceptional job with engaging the customers. Great experience across the board.

This place was great. Went on a Friday night and was empty. Got The Wreck and it was awesome. Great sandwich and helpful staff. Also a great value for a downtown shop. Try the Lemonade WOW.

Was it bad: no. But was it good: also no. Kinda meh. Seemed smaller, dry, and more burnt and contained ends of vegetables you normally throw out. Not the best experience I’ve had there.

Delicious food. Tasted way more organic and healthier than subway. Would love to come back!
I ordered my sandwich in advance, and it still took them 30 minutes after my arrival to make my sandwich. There was a large crowd of people waiting for their sandwiches. None of them were being served for the entire 30 minutes I waited there. I am generally willing to give service workers a pass, but there is no sandwich in the world that is worth waiting 30 minutes for. Also, standing around in a crowd of people not being served their sandwiches isn't pleasant, but that one isn't really their fault aside from the whole taking 30 MINUTES to make a sandwich.
Whatever the delay was, it needs to be corrected. Corporate Potbelly needs to do something to correct whatever is going on at this location. This is not the first time that this location has been in total disarray.
There was a kind young man working there Friday afternoon, and he made the best sandwich and was just really polite and had a nice vibe about him, The sandwich was great.
Sandwiches are just ok, at least not that expensive and there are nice fruity beverages
