Was it bad: no. But was it good: also no. Kinda meh. Seemed smaller, dry, and more burnt and contained ends of vegetables you normally throw out. Not the best experience I’ve had there.

Delicious food. Tasted way more organic and healthier than subway. Would love to come back!

I ordered my sandwich in advance, and it still took them 30 minutes after my arrival to make my sandwich. There was a large crowd of people waiting for their sandwiches. None of them were being served for the entire 30 minutes I waited there. I am generally willing to give service workers a pass, but there is no sandwich in the world that is worth waiting 30 minutes for. Also, standing around in a crowd of people not being served their sandwiches isn't pleasant, but that one isn't really their fault aside from the whole taking 30 MINUTES to make a sandwich.

Whatever the delay was, it needs to be corrected. Corporate Potbelly needs to do something to correct whatever is going on at this location. This is not the first time that this location has been in total disarray.

There was a kind young man working there Friday afternoon, and he made the best sandwich and was just really polite and had a nice vibe about him, The sandwich was great.

Sandwiches are just ok, at least not that expensive and there are nice fruity beverages

Seconding Randy’s review below. They can’t handle the downtown lunch rush that happens daily. Ordered on the app and ready estimate was 12:16. Finally ready at 1:02. There isn’t a way to see live tracking on the app so you waste 45 minutes waiting for your order at the store. This has happened before but I gave them one more chance - never again. Do not order from this store if you have meetings within an hour of your expected pickup time. I’m sure the employees are doing their best but y’all need to figure out a better system.

The price of their subs is awesome compared to everyone else you can still get a filling lunch without overspending.

I had the pizza melt and it was great. The bread, meat, sauce all tasted very good. The staff were friendly enough. My biggest issue was while there were only two other people eating at the time, there was evidence of previous customers on 80% of the tables, crumbs, sauce, food bits, napkins on the floor under the tables, etc. All while there was no one in line and both employees were sitting in chairs looking at their phones. Other than that, I recommend the sandwiches.

Disappointing from one of my favorite sandwich chains. The staff was inattentive and clearly had no interest in being there.

The food itself was tasty, as expected from Potbelly, but the mood of the staff soured the whole experience. I don't plan on returning here.

This experience was abysmal and management needs to seriously consider how they handle lunch rushes.

I put in an order for pickup for 12:30pm at 11:50am, just one sandwich. I showed up at 12:31 and didn't receive my sandwich until 1:05pm and I wasn't the only one. The cashiers up front (which cycled between 3 different people in that time) are not being utilized or managed well. One person to cash out people coming through the line, to manage and handle pick-up orders, and to make shakes and other items at the end of the line is not how this should be handled.

Keke, one of the people that cycled in for a few minutes, seemed on top of things, actively checking the shelves piling up with orders that no one was there to claim (likely left as the wait time was extreme) and calling out names, being attentive and active. Another woman was apathetic, barely looked like she was listening to anything happening, and provided no information about orders. "It's not ready." An estimate would be nice just to know that I shouldn't waste my time and come back in 30 minutes would have been handy.

Another man cycled in and he seemed even less engaged. Not checking the shelf, not acknowledging the crowd of people waiting for pickup, taking his time and not acting with any sense of urgency making shakes while ignoring customers. He kept himself away and not engaged so often that it was hard to find a time to ask if my order was finally ready or not as sandwiches kept being made and tossed on the shelf behind the counter.

Management - you need to figure out this work flow. Until such, I'm not interested in ever returning. You know there is a rush for lunch every weekday, this wasn't a surprise for you.

The food was good, if a little cool. Order was accurate. While I don't have experience with the near-by Rand Tower location, I'd roll the dice there instead of coming to this location, or perhaps trying anywhere else in this area for lunch.

ordered on line 24 hours beforehand, waited in store for 1 hr and 15 min and received the order an hour after scheduled pick up time. Frustrating seeing people walk in and get orders and walk out for almost an hour while no one could tell me an ETA on when my order would be available. "Go check the screen and it will tell you when it is ready"... ok well that's fine if that is the process but you have seen me waiting by the counter and I have asked multiple people if I could get an ETA. do better Potbelly!
