Two employees who were clearly overwhelmed with orders did not even start my order twenty minutes after the app said it would be ready. I eventually gave up and went to McDonalds.
Not their fault, but management at this place needs to do a lot better. Won't be eating here again.
The app also sucks! Very clunky to navigate. Uninstalled.

i had to wait several minutes for either of the two employees to acknowledge me, i was the only customer. the first directed me to order with the second, but she didn't really acknowledge me or take my order, so i ended up back ordering with the first employee after standing around waiting for longer. i got a banana shake that was super super melted and runny and tasted like bubblegum medicine. i was really disappointed in the food and service

Paid for a veggie melt with 7 toppings, only received 4. Extremely dry and barely edible. Just because it's delivery does not excuse poor quality and not giving what I paid for. Potbelly is usually my favorite, but this is beyond disappointing, especially since I rarely go.

The food is genuinely really good, and the staff is very nice. I like how large the lobby is and how much seating there is. The new tractor drinks are exceptional, mostly the strawberry dragonfruit drink. Overall, I recommend the Fireball sandwich (it's an underground menu item). It's the chili (which by itself is very good), cheddar, and meatballs. It's very good and it's a very unique sandwich.

I came in today and immediately the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. The two workers were very nice, I normally order an italian and wanted to switch things up. Becca recommended the BLTA and it was delicious. I will definitely be coming back again to try out more menu items.
