As someone who was a regular at the downtown Minneapolis location, this location is so much better! The staff is friendly and laid back, the location is calmer and more inviting and the pizza melt is just as delicious.

My mom and I went for lunch. Our first time ever trying Potbelly. They had 2 employees who were careless, had no proper hygiene for working with food., and they didn’t want to hear what we had to say. She ordered her sub and I ordered mine. We did the deal of the day and the woman taking the orders didn’t tell us that flatbread is not included. Second of all, how do you mess up a sandwich that someone is standing in front of you telling you what to put on it?? They put Mayo on her sandwich and she had just told them not to. Another piece of advice, unless you’re going to have tea in the urn, don’t sit it out. There were no lemonade in the containers. And that’s with every one of the 4 that were there. Behind the counter was FILTHY!! They neither one changed clothes or washed hands while fulfilling our orders. And the floor behind the counter was

This morning when trying to get the sandwich I have always gotten probably 30-40 times before, I was told by the manager it couldnt be done. I simply wanted one ingredients subbed for another. (Meatballs on the pizza, subbed for a single piece of ham) He was rude and said that I should've never received such a sandwich in the past. He was a manager and didn't even give me another option, would've paid the difference if I needed to. Instead he gave the cold shoulder, and I instead didn't get my sandwich, nor potbelly my money. Thanks much. Will not be returning to this shop

Ordered for delivery via doordash like I've done many times, and it took nearly an hour to get our food, which would have been fine had two of the sandwiches not been among the most poorly prepared sandwiches that I've ever gotten from a Potbelly. Neither of them had even close to the correct toppings on them. One sandwich had such a paltry amount of lettuce you could barely tell it was there, they forgot the hot peppers (my favorite thing about this place), there were like 4 pathetic looking tomatoes across an entire big sandwich. Then the bowl of potato soup was tasty, but too bad there were barely any potatoes in it. It was like it was the bottom of the pot of soup and all of the potatoes were gone so we just got the soupy part. The worst experience I've had from this restaurant.

Disappointing service — online orders are clearly not a priority here. The staff seemed indifferent and unmotivated. Potbelly management seriously needs to step in and address this lack of accountability.

I first tried potbelly for the first time 3 weeks ago..The manager informed me about perks and the app, I downloaded the app and received a email that informed me to spend 5 dollars and get a free sandwich..I presented the coupon at the register and they did not honor it ..they said the bar code scanner was not working and ALL of the Staff including the manger did nothing to help and also the were rude and ignorant towards me, where is the appreciated customer service...This will be my last time spending my money at a place we're customers are treated rudely...What happened to customer service..Nicollet location SUCKS...

Trust me on this one: it's not worth it, just go somewhere else. They'll only have a single employee working and they'll be too high to make your order correctly or be able to engage in a conversation. The Jimmy John's a few blocks over will be better 10/10 times.

These ladies in the bonnets have no customer service skills and no urgency to complete orders. Took 15 minutes to pick up 1 sandwich I watched them make it and let it sit in the back whike I asked multiple times if the order was ready. Unfortunately this happens everytime I come here.
