Trust me on this one: it's not worth it, just go somewhere else. They'll only have a single employee working and they'll be too high to make your order correctly or be able to engage in a conversation. The Jimmy John's a few blocks over will be better 10/10 times.

These ladies in the bonnets have no customer service skills and no urgency to complete orders. Took 15 minutes to pick up 1 sandwich I watched them make it and let it sit in the back whike I asked multiple times if the order was ready. Unfortunately this happens everytime I come here.

Tuesday 1/14 at around 6:30pm your employees failed to makes any sandwiches and were sitting there talking and goofing off. I asked for my order and the woman behind the counter yelled at me. It was more than and hour wait!! If you can’t make the orders then turn off your online ordering service. I want my money back asap…

We ordered DoorDash today and the driver delivered the wrong order, blaming the restaurant and it being busy. DoorDash gave us a full refund and I called the restaurant to let them know about the mix up in case the other person called wondering what happened. Ms. K answered and was nothing but kind and patient, offering to bring us the food herself once the lunch rush died down. 30 minutes later she arrived at my house with the food, and extra cookies! I cannot stress enough how much we appreciated her going above and beyond. What an amazing manager!

I have worked on the Hennepin block for 6 years now, and Q & Schana have been a staple of my work life the entire time. Their service is top notch and truly the block wouldn't be the same without them!
One of the worst place to get the sandwich white guy with the pony tail on the resturant give me wrong food that I didn’t order they lose me of that guy he shouldn’t work there as a customer service at all

Stopped in before they closed, thought we had ample time at 8:45 for a quick to go sandwich before they closed at 9pm. The guy working was great and welcoming, the woman making the sandwiches honestly made me wish I went else where, she wasn’t helpful and was completely rude and disgruntled. I’ll go somewhere else in the future..but I hope my sandwich is good.

I was reminded of this today, so I wanted to note that maybe 6-12 months ago, I ordered delivery from this location via a secondary delivery service and the driver brought completely the wrong order. I called the location to see if they could correct the issue with the driver and the manager - who had actually already realized the issue - told me to keep the food that had been accidentally delivered and then drove me my remade order herself. Way above and beyond the call of duty and great service!
