The servers are really great here. We had dinner and breakfast and both meals were really delicious. I’d eat here again for sure. Huge portions of food and fresh ingredients.

Wow, my dinner at Prairie Kitchen and Bar in the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis was a total letdown! I ordered salmon, expecting a delicious meal, but it ended up making me sick. When I told the restaurant about it, their reaction was so disappointing--they only offered me crackers and ginger ale, and that too a whole day later, after they heard others had the same issue. Seriously? That's all they could do? It felt like they really didn't care about what happened to me at all. 0 stars do not recommend.

It was so cold during our stay that we ended up eating at the hotel. You can eat warm food, but it somehow leaves something to be desired. The staff service is not sensible or fast.

Great service great food. Why three stars? Thats just wrong-Im giving 5stars. Its a hotel restaurant and it's definitely reasonably priced in that context and food and service is fabulous. I ordered a diet soda and the server was so excited to tell me they have diet Dr Pepper I just had to have one... she was awesome. I got the heirloom tomato soup- the spoonbread with butter was to die for. Flakey and herby. The soup was a little spicy byt comforting. Then I had the walleye fish sandwich( recommended by my server) and lovd it!!! Juicy and crispy with these lovely pickled onions. The brioche bread was light and fluffy rather than heavy and dence. Im so happy with my meal!

Food: Grilled Chicken Club with chips - delicious! Loved the added herbs, and the picked red onions were a nice surprise!Service: the waitress was great! She even offered to add cherry syrup to my Pepsi. I loved that idea and it was better than Cherry Pepsi!Atmosphere: my teen and I weren't bothered by other guest and the restaurant was well kept. Not too busy for a Saturday lunch. They had football games on the TVs but that wasn't a bother - just had me focus on keeping convo with my company.
