Prima is one of our favorite date night spots. My husband and I always debate which is the best Italian restaurant in the Twin Cities because we have so many great ones. Prima is our favorite for: fresh seasonal food they grow at their own farm, long-standing servers who remember you each time, always seems to squeeze us in, curbside pickup.Parking: Parking lot is out back with a back entrance by Subway.

Everything was wonderful! You have to try the bread From Brooklyn. And they're specialty pasta. Try parking in the rear.Parking: Plenty of parking in the rear of the store area.

Their food and service is always excellent. One member of our party had a nut allergy and they worked hard to make sure everything was safe for her.

Great little restaurant, called ahead at 7pm on a Saturday and it was a 45 min wait. Service was good, the food came out quick and everything tasted fresh. Would recommend!

Cute little place with great service and good food. We enjoyed the appetizers more than the entrees but all was good.

Wonderful food with a very relaxing environment. I wish I lived closer so we could eat here more often.Parking: Parking lot is behind the building.Wheelchair accessibility: It is all on one level from the lot to the table. Although no one in our party was in a wheelchair, I do expect it is wheelchair accessible.

Just left this place! Wow everything was amazing. We came in during prime time dinner hour and they were able to accommodate us. The server was fantastic and she gave great recommendations! I will be dreaming about the Fettuccine Alfredo. As we were leaving the woman who sat us thanked us by name. Service all around was awesome! Can’t wait to come back and try more!

We dined here for the first time tonight and we will be back, for sure! There was a mixup between the chef and the front of the house, which led to pancetta being unexpectedly in my dish (I do not eat pork). The owner and our server were beside themselves over the mistake, and they handled it with grace and humility. We all make mistakes—it’s how you handle them that counts. We look forward to our next visit to Prima!

A neighborhood gem. Chef Eliot has a gift for preparing seafood with delicious and seasonal accompaniments, as well as Italian favorites. We have been dining in and taking out for many years, nourished with the great menu, lovely wines, and the care and personal care of the staff, who are welcoming to old and new visitors. Great food at reasonable prices, a warm atmosphere, off-street parking, and real genuine hospitality.

In my opinion, Prima has the best Italian food in the city. The restaurant is quaint and has a very cozy, welcoming atmosphere. All of the staff members are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and they seem genuinely happy. I always have a great experience and exceptional food and I hope you do, too.
