Professional Foodservice

I have used PFS for many years and am always thrilled with the food. We've hosted lunches for 5 people and events for over 150 people. Just did a company picnic and the employees raved about the food. The staff is great to work with, too. Thanks, PFS, for making all our events memorable with the best food!

Julie and her team at Mintahoe Catering and Events are fantastic and the food served always receives lots of compliments and there are rarely leftovers. We use them a lot and there's always new options and ways to customize your order!

Great people to work with! The food is great! We have had hot meals set up for 100 employees and also boxed lunches for 12 people. We have been using Professional Foodservice for almost 10 years. Deliveries made for our different shifts at whatever time is requested. Very accommodating. Friendly staff with good communication.

Our first experience with Mintahoe Catering was back in 2016 for our Christmas party we had at the James J Hill House, the set up of the bar, buffet and desserts was very professional.Mintahoe Catering/Professional Foodservice has been great to work with, the food is always delicious.They have been able to accommodate my request's every time, even with short notice. We like that they deliver any time, for they different shifts and meetings.I would like to give a huge shout out to Julie DeStasio, she has been amazing to work with through the years. Rob who has been our delivery person several time, he has also been amazing.Mintahoe/Professional Foodservice is our go to company for catering.
