CLOSED, SADLY. Tight patio seating - I felt like I was hanging out with the group next to us, and the group next to us was actually joining the conversation next to them. :/ Very expensive cocktails although quite unique. Even though it's now a tiki bar, it still has the remnants of Gabby's.

Sad to see the treasure leaving the neighborhood. Great times and food!

Friend of mine says, "these pizza's can be bigger [for the price I'm paying]."
They were not amused with Psycho Suzi's.

Worst experience ever! Wait over an 1hr to get in and waited over 1hr for my food with no idea what's going on and no one came to notify us that's it's going to be alittle while before our food come out. Also, menu does not match what you can order online.

We went for the closing of Psycho Suzi's due to a friend never having gone before. It was quite busy due to the announcement of the closing date. However, I was very disappointed by a couple things. Mainly, the phone app QR code didn't allow for the order of simple mixed drinks such as a rum and coke, people needed to use the outdoor line which was insanely long to order a drink. The pricing of the drinks was different per bartender, and I paid at least $10.00 per drink for a rum and coke and $15 for a pizza... that just doesn't seem right... We also didn't get our food until about 90 minutes into our visit, at which point they assign your table to someone else. So, we had our dinning interrupted by someone else who was assigned our table shortly after food arrived.

Would put zero stars. They deserve to close. I don't mind that they were busy. I do mind that they have no air circulation or temperature control in the dining room-- if you could even call it that... we paid PER PERSON to make a reservation for a birthday celebration and sat at a couch with no tables, only footstools. They should be embarrassed to call this a "restaurant". The menu is obnoxiously corny and not descriptive. They expect you to pull up the menu, order & pay from your phone. If no one works here, where the heck is all their money going. The wait times for food and drinks were astronomical.. 45 min to an hour. I couldn't even complain to anyone since there are no employees around besides they poor food runners.
Good riddance

Very poor Accessibility for Seniors and people with disabilities. Need Hard Copy Menus and the option of ordering food / Drink from a Human.

I made a reservation for their Tropicabanas for July 21 2023 @10:30pm, there were 7 of us. I had heard that Psycho Suzi's was the place to be, so I wanted to ensure that on a hot Friday night my guests and I would be guaranteed a spot.

We were more than disappointed as we arrived at 10:30pm to no host and full availability. When we finally found a staff member, they told us to sit wherever we wanted. Every tropicabana was up for grabs. Our group feels robbed, especially so given the huge price we paid to secure our spot (in CAD it came to $140.00).

I emailed Psycho Suzies back to negotiate a refund for the deposit, and never heard back from them.

Food was awesome. The drinks took a minute to get but they were very busy so they got a pass. Overall a great experience...too bad they're closing soon

Parking: They were so busy their parking lot never seemed to have any spaces so I ended up parking like 2 blocks down and walking. Still awesome though

It was raining and we had one of the 2 tables around us that didn't have a canopy. The people under a canopy next to us said "that was our table but we just switched the numbers". A. Not cool. B. Why would you tell someone sitting in the rain that you did that? Unreal. The restrooms smelled like urine. The menu is very limited and the food was mediocre. The only positive about my visit was the company I had. I heard they are closing the business. Probably a good thing.

Craptastic experience. Had to park on the street and walk several blocks. We were told that you can only order via the toast app and you could only order pizza before 5pm. Too bad the pizza was sold out, so no food. Great, off to another restaurant for dinner on a Frday night with no reservation. First and last time here, I see why they are closing permanently. They have lost sight of their customer.
