Yuca Frita
Yucca root or cassava is the starchy root of the Yucca. Just like the name we fry yucca and serve the dish with our homemade curtido(slaw) and chicharron(pork carnitas) with a side of sauce.
Tamales
A dish made of corn flour dough then filled with chicken, green pepper, and our homemade red sauce, which is steamed in banana leaves. This plate is served with 2 Salvadoran Tamales and a side of sauce.

Desserts
Empanadas Filled with Sweet Milk
Delicious cakes made from cooked ripe plantains that are filled with sweet milk. That are sprinkled with sugar on top.

I checked and the beans are made with manteca. So they still offer the vegetarians an option. Thank you!!! AND SO DANG GOOOD! These pupusas are my favorite Latin American food, including la comida mexicana, although I love the Elote in the garage at Plaza California on Lake St, and love the vegetarian food at Salsa...

My girlfriend wanted to eat pupusas but from this place, so I tried them and I understood why, they are delicious, the service is very good, we are not drinking coke but these came with the pupusas, sorry :( but everything else is delicious

Pupusas were ok. They were dry and flavorless. I ordered three pork and cheese. Almost five bucks a piece? Not worth it. The curtido was ok. Needs more flavor. I ordered plantains. Those were good. I also ordered an horchata and a can of coke. I’m didn’t receive either one. Ugh.
