Best Adeni Chai in town
SO good I went twice in a week. Highly recommend the Adeni chai and the khaliat al nahl (honey comb pastry). I am excited that this is so close to me!

There was only one person working the counter. She took my order for a coffee without letting me know that it would be over half an hour wait because a large party had ordered both cooked food and beverages a few minutes earlier. There were also people who ordered after me, but got food and drinks before I did.
It did smell great, but I got increasingly hungry as I waited for my coffee for 53 minutes!!!
The coffee was fine, but way too hot to drink (at least 185F) and not worth a wait of 53 minutes.

The owner Mohammed opened his doors after closing to allow us to buy the honeycomb I’m obsessed with last minute! He’s always so kind and generous! He goes above and beyond! Also, their chai tea is phenomenal!

This is our second time going there, and we love it. Especially that guy; I think he is the owner, and he knows what he is doing, and he is good at it. He is always welcome to us. Love to go there again. And big respect for this place.
