Catering. Amazing queso. Wish they had a hotter salsa.
Food was great. Got a burrito and it was stuffed unlike a certain other food chain. Service was also great!

I ordered Nachos with a side of Queso, from Uber eats. I’ve used Uber eats many times and never had an issue with my order. When I got my food it was cold and watery, and the side of queso was not in the bag. I called and asked for a refund for the queso and tried to be as pleasant and professional as possible. After explaining that I would just like a refund I was handed to another employee, I had to repeat myself and explain the situation again. They asked for my name and then hung up the phone without any explanation. I did not receive a refund. Do not recommend this location. But I’ve always had a wonderful experience at the location on the U of M campus!

I know when people order through third parties like Grubhub etc, these corporations probably care less because they don’t have to face the customer. That being said, this was my first time eating at Qdoba and it was underwhelming. Quality of food was poor and was missing crucial ingredients. Disappointing.

I live downtown and was tired of awful chipotle experiences so I decided to see how the service and food was at this QDoba. It’s hard to find parking depending on what time it is but I got there at a time where it wasn’t busy just right before 2pm and the restaurant was clean, the employee helping me was very nice and helpful with suggestions. They have Birria and street corn newly added to their menu and it tastes amazing. The meat was very tender and full of flavor and so was the entire bowl I was pleasantly surprised they also have two different kinds of queso and way more salsa options than chipotle. All of this for $13 I am very happy and will be returning

Yall please do not go here these people are very rude. Well the manager is. I haven’t had Qdoba in a long time and never been to this location before so I thought I’d give it a try. When I ordered I they gave me two scoops of rice I said may I please have another one the girl was cool you can tell the manager there micromanages them or is really rude to them because of the way she looked over to him when I asked for more rice, I get to the end of the line the total is $13 and I noticed he charged me extra because I asked her for another scoop. He said “you asked for extra extra rice” exaggerating it. He said “I tried giving you a break and only charged you a little but let me go ahead and charge you what I was supposed to” the total went up to around $14 almost $15 I told him that was okay and nevermind and he caught an attitude and told me “AND DONT COME BACK” whoever this man is, is rude and doesn’t need to manage anything. I told him who is he to talk to anyone like that and walked away. Nobody has time for that.

I don't know why this place has a bad reputation. We really enjoyed it. The 2 ladies working were so pleasant, and the burritos we made were yummy and huge. The spicy queso was amazing. Maybe the great service made the food taste awesome, but we are going back.

I ordered a nacho and the server asked me if I wanted the chips in the bowl or on the side. I said on the side and she went ahead and coated the bowl with nacho cheese sauce. When I got to the cashier, I said to the cashier twice it's a nacho and expected him to give me some chips, but he just ignored me. I finally said to him a third time it's missing the chips and it's a nacho. Instead of rectifying the mistake, he said to me "You needed to say it." He said I had a bowl. I honestly can't recall last time someone at a restaurant giving me an attitude. Was he implying I was trying to cheat him out of some chips? Why would I do that when a bowl and a nacho are of the same price? There's another post complaining about missing chips on a nacho from this location. The cashier needs training on your products and customer service.

I usually don't have a preference for Qdoba restaurants but this one in particular is phenomenal! Great staff and the food is always fresh! Definitely the best Qdoba in the Twin Cities!

Ordered nachos and toppings, and street tacos. The middles of the tacos stuck to the tinfoil, and most of the insides fell out. I got the toppings for the nachos, but no chips. The toppings were pretty good, and would have been much better on chips.
