They make the best fried rice in America but their meat is not authentic. GOAT meat does not event test like real goat meat.

Poor customer service.

Welcoming customers, wearing a smile and talking respectfully to your waiters in front of customers is important. If you need to have a talk about a mistake at work call them with calm and respect to an office or somewhere.

CLARIFICATION: I went to the Karmel Mall restaurant by this name in late summer, not sure if it's the same as the restaurant by the same name across from In the Heart of the Beast Theater, since several Somali restaurants have similar names to this one. I wasn't especially hungry, but servers at the order counter explained menu items patiently after finding someone who could speak English well. I ordered a simple soup with cabbage in a cup. It was a bold, spicy, filling cup of soup and the vegetables still had some texture to them. They had a handwashing station conveniently close to the table. A real standout was the warmth of the people. A random guy who sat at the same table was eating some a Somali beef entree over rice, and shared some with me (not pictured), and that was also very delicious. I was touched by the generosity. During my meal, people told me this was the first restaurant in the Karmel Mall. It seemed a very family-friendly place cuz I saw lots of families eating there together. I will certainly be back.
