I love the queso. Best chips and queso in the old midwest. An employee even left the place open 10 extra minutes bc I told her the streets were blocked off.

Good food but honestly, the staff are slow, are talking/on their phones, I always wait 15-20 mins when it’s not even busy. This happens every time, and i come here often

Disappointing pick up service tonight. Messed up order, tried to fix but then still forgot a taco. The texican tacos were room temp and the meat unseasoned. Overall, would not recommend but the employees were nice enough trying to fix our order. Been before and liked it, so I was surprised

Been here twice both times were the same great experience(good sign). I did the brisket nachos both times and absolutely loved them. The first visit, I was so surprised how many nachos I got for the price and the quality was excellent. Definitely a place I would bring friends and family to.

Maybe we had a new guy working, but last night we went to pick up an order we'd made online. We had the confirmation and the credit card "pending" the transaction in case we needed it. The guy behind the counter said he hadn't received the order - but we had the receipt. So, we asked if they could make the order, based on the email we had.
We got some attitude about him not having it in the system - and ultimately, it was clear he just overlooked the order. No problem, we knew we'd have to wait for them to make it. We weren't really sure if they were making it, since the man disappeared. So, we walked over the line and they said they'd make it, which was great.
The food's always good, so no complaints there. Hoping this was a fluke but if there's a POS system issue, fine. The attitude and lack of communication in the moment was surprising and off-putting.
