They're fast! There was a long line, but they moved it along quickly. Our food was hot, fast, and fresh.

How are you out of coleslaw EVERY SINGLE NIGHT?? On top of that it’s shady to be out of coleslaw and not let the customer know… I would have wanted another piece of bread not and extra canes sauce. You guys are a chicken restaurant ffs. And I waited 20 minutes for food…

The food quality definitely varies, recently the portions have become ridiculously small and at least half of what they used to be. I enjoy Canes from time to time, but today the food I got was beyond disappointing with half cooked fries that were cold and small stringy tenders that had hard bits, almost inedible. Also wanting to mention the inconsistency in the drive through/ dining room being open (usually it’s one or the other that is open, almost never both) and how filthy the staff let the place get, it seems a bit lazy and it makes the environment very uninviting.

I don't get why so many people wait in a 15 minute drive thru line for chicken strips. They are not THAT good. The first time the chicken was really good, the second time really bad, (like they skipped changing the oil), and the third time was mediocre at best. The Texas toast garlic bread is more like thick sliced Wonder bread. The only thing that makes it all edible most of the time is their signature dip. It's good, but not good enough to get me back a 4th time.

I like it a lot! The chicken is both crisp and tender, and the oil it's cooked in tastes fresh. The texas toast is both buttery and not oversaturated with grease. The fries are crisp and lightly salted. I first tried Raising Cane's in Omaha, NE. It's a consistent quality at each Cane's I have been to. The 3 Finger Combo is much better than comparable items at places like Chik-Fil-A, or KFC. I haven't heard that they are phobic of specific communities either, so that's a huge plus as well. The service is great every time. I liked the spaciousness yet comfortability of the restaurant. It's tasteful and accommodating.Kid-friendliness: The tables are large and can easily accommodate families.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchairs.
