The food is always super hot! It always hits the spot and is quick. My only issue with this restaurant is the customer service. I've come in twice, and both times the manager or a very demanding employee, a young woman wearing a green shirt today, who was working when I came in at 1:30 was screaming top of her lungs at other employees. It was genuinely scary. Me and my partner were sitting in the back of the restaurant just listening to her rage about communication and orders. It was honestly such a bad experience. I'm unsure if I've ever heard anyone, let alone a manager yell at their employees like that. I'm unsure if I should return.

A cozier version of canes. Awesome service, they brought our food out to us (it wasn’t very busy). They had individual ketchup bottles and napkins at the table instead of a dispenser at the drink stand.

Parking: Street parking by the University can be hard sometimes

I ordered the combo box meaning and substituted the coleslaw for Texas toast however the toast wasn’t toasted and it was almost like a regular slice of bread

I love Cane's food but the West St. Paul location has gotten so slow. It doesn't matter if there are 10 people in line or just you... you're going to wait. Something needs get updated with their system, training or hire more people because it didn't use to be like this.

The chicken is unseasoned have to eat it with the sauce fries barely have any salt workers have very bad attitudes when it’s busy the managers are very unhelpful and disrespectful as well do not waste your money here you have to be really intoxicated to enjoy the food highly over priced for no reason!!!

The last 3 visits, I ordered an additional toast with the meal. The receipt clearly states that I ordered an extra toast. NOT ONCE HAVE I RECEIVED MY EXTRA TOAST THAT I ORDERED. Extremely disappointed.
