Have tried the 3 finger combo & the sandwich combo & the food is great for the price. The service could be better. On my 2nd visit staff were refilling ketchup bottles which meant there was no ketchup on the table for my fries. I did ask for ketchup & was provided to go ketchup but don't prefer those over the conventional ketchup bottle when dinning in. Floors are kind of dirty & if you are dining in make sure the tables are clean as I came across a few that had not been cleaned.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Chicken is always slimey and undercooked. Fries are always ridiculously stale, the bread is ALWAYS soggy. They make these mistakes even after you specify your order to them. Very unserious establishment. I HIGHLY SUGGEST you go to the the raising canes at Longfellow. Don’t risk salmonella coming here.

Such a shame. This place should be getting 5 stars. The food is the best chicken in the state, but the way this store is managed is so depressing. Curt and rude employees are most certainly a symptom of bad management. The worst of it all: they have the audacity to charge $8 delivery fees. Not even the best restaurants in the state charge more than $5/$6 the sheer greed of it all. This kind of gross behavior is massively disappointing considering how great this place could be.

You can tell that the crew and management really care about their work, and the food is sublime! You won't find another place on campus that has better service and quality products. Dinkyrown Cane's is the best Cane's in Minnesota (they're franchise/locally owned).The only issue is with the DinkyDome building itself, which is not Cane's fault at all. They don't own the bathrooms, parking situation, or building. If you have an issue with any of those, go complain to Sydney Hall/DinkyDome!Kid-friendliness: My 2 year old loved the restaurant and Goldy decor and they have high chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is ADA accessible.

I had ordered doordash and the driver only brought my teas and left my 4 meals there. I called and asked if they still had it and I would just pick it up myself because doordash refused to help and was only going to give a $20 credit on a $80 order. They were so helpful and even though they were super busy they remade our meal for us! I'm so appreciative of the staff that was working when I was there. It made my bad night a lot better.
