This place was incredible across the board. Easy to find, staff were so friendly and willing to guide a first timer through the process. Take out comes with the option to make your noodles yourself at home or they can ofcourse make them for you. Thought there could have been more noodles when I first saw the package they came in (assuming they were freeze dried like the Walmart Ramen) but there were plenty of soft, fresh, uncooked egg noodles with some flour on them to keep them from sticking. Quality was out of this world and I can't wait to go back. The broth was great and with a dash of soy sauce (kissing fingers like an Italian) PRESTO! I should mention I got the Shoyu Ramen. The pork belly was unbelievably tender and seasoned and the soft boiled egg was perfectly cooked as well. Price was a little steep for ramen (20$ with extra pork belly and extra egg) but I'll gladly return and pay the price for such quality authentic ramen and such great, friendly service. You must try this place. I'm doing the fried chicken next time and I can't get back there soon enough. I should mention that I live in WI and drove 55 miles to eat here...... yes I will do it again...... YOU NEED TO EAT HERE! Thank me later.....

Nice Japanese authentic Ramen. I have been visited this place several time and enjoyed the foods and beers.
The ramen is amazingly good. There is no wait staff, you use a qr code from the table to order and someone does bring to the table.

The Raman broth was exactly what you expected for a tradition authentic Japanese flavor. And combined with fresh ingredients, you really have something special going on here. Staff was super friendly and passionate about thier food. Do yourself a favor and take the trip out there to enjoy a truly exceptional meal.

I went to Japan and ate a lot of ramen in 2025. Unfortunately, the trip was a bit of a let down because no ramen I found there was as good as KAZAMA RAMEN. My quest will continue is I ever go back to Japan, but I'm the meantime I'm eating KAZAMA whenever I can
Food was okay costumer service takes the biggest L! Manager was very rude! Even if he was a manager. Service very slow and rude, ordered to go from here many of times and this was the only time we ever had problems, overall not a good experience!

Not sure what his name is but I’m pretty sure he works in the back. He was wearing a bandana on his head but he was super rude. I get it it’s busy, you’re tired and you wanna go home. I work in the food industry as well, instead of taking it out on the costumer, take a second to your self and chill out.

Everybody knows its one of the best but its a little tired.
Messy dining room, everything feels worn out. Would do for them to reprint their menus and make some adjustments to the dining room layout.
Can't complain about the food other than that the menu is small. They do what they do well but I have a couple different favorites around town.
