Not sure what his name is but I’m pretty sure he works in the back. He was wearing a bandana on his head but he was super rude. I get it it’s busy, you’re tired and you wanna go home. I work in the food industry as well, instead of taking it out on the costumer, take a second to your self and chill out.

Everybody knows its one of the best but its a little tired.
Messy dining room, everything feels worn out. Would do for them to reprint their menus and make some adjustments to the dining room layout.
Can't complain about the food other than that the menu is small. They do what they do well but I have a couple different favorites around town.

The tonkotsu ramen I came for was a Miso broth. I did not get any Chashu. The menma tasted exactly like the can it came from. I feel betrayed after having this spot recommended for people who really like ramen. The ramen topped with karaage (you are reading that correctly) had no flavor at all. Didn’t finish any of our bowls.

Tonkotsu ramen had tender pork, rich and flavorful broth, and perfectly chewy noodles. Chicken karaage was fantastic — definitely a sleeper hit. Vibes inside the restaurant are great with cool artwork and photos on the walls. I would definitely return to Ramen Kazama!

The broth is always rich and flavorful, the noodles are pretty good I like a thicker noodles, and the toppings are fresh. It’s my go-to when I’m craving another spot for quality ramen. The vibe inside is chill and welcoming, and the service is consistent

Had the opportunity to visit with my family for dinner last night. Food was below average to average based on the cost of the meal. For the price I would have expected full service. Ordered at the table with a QR code on your phone. Suggested tip is 18% on up. You select your tip before even getting your food. You have to get your own drinks and condiments, nobody is checking how the food is or if anything is needed. Basically the wait staff brings out the food and picks up your dishes. Not at all what i was expecting.

Ordered via toast for takeout. When I went to pick up at the time that I was told by toast, I was told by staff that it would be another 10 to 12 minutes. I gave them the courtesy of waiting 20 minutes. Upon my food still not being ready, I went and ask and was told that they were working on it.

I do not know what happened in the two years since I was here last, but whatever happened it was for the worse.
-Atmosphere: It has become a blend of Mexican, American and Japanese cultures that makes a mess. It's like the restaurant doesn't know what it wants to be. It used to be so cool and unique. Now it is modern and bland.
-Service: What service? There is none. You order through the QR code at the table. No one greets you when you enter or when you sit down. You are left completely alone to figure out where forks and water are (hidden by the kitchen. Free to grab for yourself) and how to order. Even when all the tables are full, the restaurant feels empty of those that work there. Lastly, there is no menu at the table, it is all online. Makes ordering in groups a pain as we all have to be on our phones. Instead of face to face interaction while looking at the menu, we are stuck in our phones.
Food: The karage is still great! But... the ramen has seriously downgraded. The broth didn't have the depth it once had, the noodles are subpar and the amount of mushrooms they add into the tonkotsu broth was slightly overpowering. I feel bad for calling what I had ad tonkotsu. It tasted more shoyu-esque.

Love their ramen! I had the tonkotsu, it was tasty, and fairly authentic! Good noodle texture and toppings. Great when you're wanting hot soup! They should try doing tsukemen ramen in the summer maybe, I bet it'd be good.

We were quite disappointed when went to have Veggie Ramen @ 8:15 PM. The Ramen tasted good but presentation was not good and ingredients were not available the way we had the same veggie ramen three months back (attaching photos). Today’s ramen missed the greens and other veggies, but taste wise it was good. I don’t think we will be visiting again.
Hope, you guys will be generous next time onwards.
