This place was incredible across the board. Easy to find, staff were so friendly and willing to guide a first timer through the process. Take out comes with the option to make your noodles yourself at home or they can ofcourse make them for you. Thought there could have been more noodles when I first saw the package they came in (assuming they were freeze dried like the Walmart Ramen) but there were plenty of soft, fresh, uncooked egg noodles with some flour on them to keep them...
The Raman broth was exactly what you expected for a tradition authentic Japanese flavor. And combined with fresh ingredients, you really have something special going on here.
Staff was super friendly and passionate about thier food.
Do yourself a favor and take the trip out there to enjoy a truly exceptional meal.

I went to Japan and ate a lot of ramen in 2025. Unfortunately, the trip was a bit of a let down because no ramen I found there was as good as KAZAMA RAMEN. My quest will continue is I ever go back to Japan, but I'm the meantime I'm eating KAZAMA whenever I can
