The restaurant is nice, food pretty good, and the menu is enough to satisfy everyone's appetite. However, the customer service sucked. Our waitress was rude and basically forgot about us for long periods of time. The establishment was not busy so not sure why she was not more accommodating. If it wasn't for the lackluster waitress I would have given this place 5 stars.
Okay, I do not understand why this place has a 3.6 star review? I came here for bottomless mimosas ($12 btw cheapest I've seen in town) and the menu is great along with great service and a great atmosphere! Plus, it's John Randle's restaurant! Have some respect for a legend twin cities! Our server Julian was great, he needs a raise 100%. I had the Randle's double stack which was one of the better burgers I've had in awhile. Definitely coming back to this spot next time I'm in the cities.
The ahi tuna sandwich is awesome! Huge amount of tuna. French dip is great. Thin sliced prime rib on a great roll. Drinks are good as well. Only thing is the close a bit early. 11pm on Saturday for last call. I felt a bit put out.
Great use of space & a well thought out floor plan. We were there for a private Super Bowl party with Alex Rossi performing. He was exceptional, so was the food & drink. The staff was extremely attentive & friendly. The ice sculptures on the top floor are something you have to check out. We will be back soon!
The atmosphere was nice - good seating, TV viewing, ect; what you expect from a sports bar but that is where the stars end. We came in during Superbowl live, which you would assume the management would expect additional traffic. That didn't seem to be the case - there were very few servers and our overall experience took about 2 hours which is far too long for a sports bar. Additionally - avoid the cheese curds. They simply list them as "Cheese Curds" - what we received was a large basket primarily stuffed with iceberg lettuce and approx. 1/2 of the amount you would receive from your local Culver's but at twice the price. I would advise against them.
