$22 for some penne pasta and a half breast of chicken is insane.

Staff spends more time chatting with each other behind the bar than they do the customers. Horrible service.

My partner and I went to Ray J’s on a Thursday night. We sat at the bar and the bartender was so kind, helpful and quick.

We had the bacon jam burger and hot honey salami pizza. The burger was phenomenal! The pizza was delicious and had a good spice to it. The crust wasn’t my favorite but I would eat it again definitely.

We can’t wait to go back and try the wings!

I ordered juicy lucy burger there, and it was one of the best burger I've tried jn the states. Decent price and amazing taste, with kind personnel! If you look for burger places, this place will be the great answer!

We came on 10/19 and it was brutal. It was during the Vikings game and I counted 16 tables being waited by 1 dude. Why? Maybe some people called out but bro was running around and the service was slowwwww. We ordered around 12:15. My dad and friend got their beers. It’s 1:41 and I still have not received my water. After ordering at 12:35 all we got was 2 apps mind you- we have not received our food. Guy finally comes back at 1:35 and says oh they lost your ticket…. Did management not staff the place well? The kitchen screen looks slammed with red, idk what system you use, but they seem to be struggling. Just seemed like it was ran extremely poorly today. Will they take action to ensure this doesn’t happen again? Just can’t recommend this place at all unfortunately unless something changes.

Stopped in for a bite after Paul McCartney show, Had a burger and fries, and a Colorado bulldog, actually had 2, some water, then ordered a salad and side of fries, ate most of those, everything was really good, on time, proper temp...thanks for a great meal!

I’ve been a loyal customer at Ray J’s since 2017, but after my recent experience, I honestly don’t plan on returning. I brought in a pulltab that turned out to be a $200 winner, only to be told they wouldn’t honor it because “the box was gone.” No one ever told me that pulltabs weren’t supposed to leave the establishment, and as someone who’s blind, I couldn’t see any signs that might have said so. The staff never mentioned a time limit or restriction, either.
If this had been a $20 ticket, I would’ve just chalked it up to a lousy lesson. But for $200, I feel completely cheated. It’s incredibly frustrating to be denied a legitimate winning ticket simply because I wasn’t informed of rules that were never communicated.
This experience has completely soured my opinion of Ray J’s. If you play pulltabs here, be careful — make sure you’re told all the rules up front, because they apparently won’t take responsibility for lack of communication. I used to recommend this place to others, but after this, I just Feel cheated.
I also emailed the restaurant to try talking to someone higher up, but the message bounced.
