Very disappointing. Not sure why this place has such good reviews. Tried multiple items and they all tasted sub-par. Would not recommend.

Read so many great reviews about this place, so on a Wednesday afternoon, whilst in the downtown area we decided to drive over and check it out. Sadly, we only opened the door to enter and were immediately struck by the strong smell of weed inside. There was no one serving at the counter, and there seemed to be very little choice of pastries, so we turned around and left. Very disappointing.

Friendly staff, great bakery. Coffee is a bonus. I’ve been looking for good pastries close to my work, finally found the spot.

I have come to Rebecca bakery for many years. Above everything, the customer service is amazing. Greet you with the smile at the door .Customer service might be a thing of the past, But here it is alive and well. Big up to the couple and the family that run this place !!!! Keep it up.

Rebecca’s Bakery & Cafe is a wonderful place! Their coffee is amazing, the breakfast is always fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Honestly, a day without visiting feels like a day incomplete. Highly recommend this cozy cafe!

The food is absolutely delicious, and the owners are such lovely people! We were there for breakfast almost every day, the croissant sandwich and the chocolate croissants were delicious. But the desserts were also fantastic! We were so happy to be staying around the corner during our brief visit to Minneapolis

We went here for for a quick brunch and were delighted by our experience! I ordered a caramel macchiato which was delicious, and a croissant egg sandwich that was just as good and also HUGE. We also tried a fruit tart that was wonderful, as well as a cannoli! The service was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stop here again!

This is a cute little Italian bakery/bistro spot. The clerk was adorable! We went on a weekday in the early morning. Ordered caramel macchiatos, a Mayor Frey cookie and a slice of vanilla mocha cake.
The clerk advised he can make the macchiatos sweeter if we’d like. He accepted my judgement of the name of the cookie in stride.
The restaurant was clean and had a simple bar counter for seating. The macchiatos were great. The cookie was great. My wife devoured the cake which is not typical. She absolutely loved it and she normally isn’t a fan of cake.
She loved it so much that she went back to the counter and purchased an assortment of cookies and a container of fruit tarts.
Finding a truly authentic Italian bakery in Minnesota was pleasantly surprising.
We found our new mini date location and it’s worth the trek from Apple Valley.
We will be back!!
