This is the best bakery in Minneapolis. The owner is so nice and he puts so much effort into talking with the customers. The customer service is so amazing and the cakes are delicious. I would never go to any other bakery!

I met the nicest gentleman when picking up a birthday ? cake that I had, especially made for an associate of mine for the 64th birthday, and the cake ? was so moist and delicious that the icing OMG ?. The owners are kind and welcoming and everything is delicious. Beyond delicious. I bought a half sheet chocolate cake with Oreo for my daughter’s bday and it was the most moist and flavorful chocolate cake I’ve had. That cream! So amazing. Thank you! Everything else I’ve had is great as well. Coffee is excellent.Kid-friendliness: Engaging and fun for the kids to see all the lovely baked things.
I visited Rebecca's Bakery with my husband and daughter today after a doctor's appointment for our daughter. We looked online to see what was nearby and wanted to try this place. I see why they have a Google rating of almost 5 stars! The service and food are exceptional. The gentleman who took orders and served food took care of us like we were family. He was very warm and kind. My husband and I had beef tibs with injera, kale, and avocado salad (very large portions!), and our daughter had a huge stack of pancakes with a lovely bowl of fresh fruit. The gentleman even offered her whipped cream which made her day! We also had a latte and an americano. The food is high quality Ethiopian food (we've eaten Ethiopian food at other places) and the coffee is good and strong. We loved our experience here and we'll definitely be back! We took some Tiramisu and a fruit tart to go. We haven't tried them yet, but they looked amazing!Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian/Vegan options, Gluten-Free options.

Awesome staff helped me get a birthday cake for my friend with many allergies, including berry allergies. They even got a different cake when the writing they put on it accidentally had strawberries in it. Overall, the staff are super helpful, the interior is adorable, and of course the cake is delicious and not too sweet.
Cashier was incredibly personable and kind. Went the extra mile to chat and welcome us into the place. Fruit tart was amazing. So good.

Absolutely delicious bakery and exceptional service. We used for a large dessert order for a retirement party. The order was on time and accurate, the staff was very helpful form very beginning and even follow-up the next day to ensure our event went well. Our guests were all very impressed with the treats and many asked where we ordered from. We will definitely be back.
