Red Lobster

They closed the Red Lobster in my suburb so had to drive a bit to get to this one for a Ladies lunch. So impressed with the cleanliness, service and food! We had an awesome waiter, Nate, who was very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this Red Lobster! It reminded me of the initial years they were open and excelled, unfortunately the one in my town went downhill in a big way but this one is so refreshing!

Not sure what happened here. It’s been a while since I’ve been to Red Lobster by Northtown. I ordered crab legs and they poured butter with garlic chunks all over the top of the uncracked crab legs. What a mess to try to crack open the legs what was the point in that?? No dipping butter. Mashed potatoes we’re just plain yucky. Shrimp scampi was not grilled (?) as usual. Just plain rubbery shrimp in butter. It was my daughter’s birthday. What a disappointment. :( and we paid plenty! Red lobster is (was) our usual go to for special events like birthdays. We’ll have to find another restaurant now.

My waitress name was nichole with last name initial M this lady was not only kind she was a great talk and listener i loved the food here every thing was very good and cooked well 10/10 will do agian!

Service was impeccable been going here for 15 years Server was Yamel she was great 10/10 reccomend.

I Love it So Much at Red Lobster that I want to worh there!

Vegetarian options: Great biskets, sakads, coleslaw, Amazing brussel sprouts and drinks.

Dietary restrictions: I am on a strict protine diet, Low fat. I only eat at Red Lobster or home cooking.

Parking: Close to the mall and YMCA.

My friend and I loved RL. We would go all the time. However, the past couple of years the quality was in the toilet. Just really not very good. We went back for the first time (since RL revamped their menu and got that new CEO) and WOW we were blown away by how GOOD everything was! The biscuits were perfection. We ordered the seafood stuffed mushrooms (was just a sloppy mess before) and they were beautiful. We both created our own feasts and I opted for crab legs. I have had VERY bad crab legs at RL in the past. These were DELICIOUS! Lots of meat, great coloring, easy pulls, just *chef's kiss*. My friend got a surf and turf, and his lobster and steak were also amazing. Those are the main highlights but everything we had was great. Will definitely be going back more regularly again!

I was a blown away by my experience here. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE, my waiter ( middle aged gentleman with braces) was horrible and the host, ( younger black gentleman) couldn't stop staring at my wife all night long. The waiter kept forgetting about us, took our drinks for 25 min, had to track him down to ask where our food was after not seeing him for 30 min.( separate front the 25 min wait for drinks) it was just ridiculous and way over priced. I should be able to bring my wife out for dinner and enjoy ourself not feel uncomfortable cause the host is oogling over her. Save your money or visit another restaurant cause this was un real

My mom and I love this place so much but I have to say the price of the food doesn't match up to the flavor. The Lobster tails keep getting smaller as well. For the price we are just going to have to find more affordable places.

Wheelchair accessibility: This place fails at the one thing it needs most, heavy wooden doors to open with a wheelchair button. Noone that's wheelchair bound could ever go to this place by themselves because they wouldn't be able to get inside. Fix the doors and it would be a huge improvement

Our server was Nichole, and she was a great server very attentive and she gave us a sundae for our 6 year wedding anniversary. Our food was amazing like always, my husband had the ultimate feast, and I had the salmon New Orleans, we had calamari for our starter. My husband had the margarita flight which is 3 different margaritas, one watermelon flavored, one passion fruit flavor and then a blue one. I had the sunset Pina colada strawberry flavored which were all amazing. Great place to eat.
