Food was mediocre. Service was worse. 3 stars is being generous.
Nashville hot chicken was good but the pork should sandwich fell apart immediately because the pork shoulder was strangely diced instead of shredded. Mac & Cheese, while having a nice melted cheese top, was pretty bland. Served tepid room temp water. Three tables were waited on before us that were seated well after us. All around strange experience.

Had a wonderful Friday night dinner here, we were seated promptly as walk ins, server was attentive and food came out quickly. Everything was delicious and the price point is just right.
So many restaurants have become extremely average but revival is not one of them!!!

My wife and I ordered the cheese curds with honey. Was very tasty and just as if not better thantheStateFair, but the serving ranch dressing with it didn't make sense; something more acidic would have been better, in my opinion. My wife had the meat plate with pulled pork. I thought it was very good, but it could have used more smoke flavor and aroma. She had it with the mustard cole slaw; and it was served with a corn muffin that was dry. I think 2 minutes less time in the oven, and it would have come out perfect.
I had the meat plate with brisket and ⅓ rack of ribs. The brisket was way overdone and VERY dry; even with the sauce, it was still inedible. The ribs were only a little dry but still edible with the sauce. 8f you NEED sauce, then you over cooked it, or the rub is bad. I did mention it to them, and the waitress told the manager, and they said they would take it off the bill. This with 2 non-alcoholic beverages came to about $82.00 after the brisket was removed from the bill. For this price, they really need to be spot on. I really wanted to light this place. Because I want good barbecue in minnesota, which is really hard to find in my opinion.

I am convinced that the good reviews are paid Ad. I felt nauseous half way through eating the fried green tomatoes. The Brisket sammy was disgusting. I couldn’t eat it. The sauce tasted like simple syrup, no hint of smoked barbecue sauce. And there was waay too much cheese on it, plus sweet pickles. Ugh. Fried Chicken sandwich was just alright. Service was good, but 0 star for the food.
