The tapas format is a great way to sample many types of flavors. These are not typical tapas, but upscale for added satisfaction. The place is small and intimate so it's not loud, but you are sitting very close to the other diners.

Every time I dine at cozy, warm, bustling Rincón 38, I'm transported to a Tapas restaurant in Barcelona! Do yourself a favor! Save yourself airfare and hotel expenses going to Spain, and experience Rincon 38 instead...no passport needed : )

I’m ashamed to admit I’ve lived in south mpls for over a decade & haven’t tried this little gem of a restaurant until now! We shared a variety of tapas & they were all excellent. Also loved the sangria. Fabulous & fun music that makes you feel like you’re in Spain. Great date night spot & unique to the area. Cant wait to return.
We had several of these special plates to share. They all had distinct flavors and not overly sauced. The waiter was very helpful with our wine parings. A nice small room and a family owned atmosphere. Also, across the street from the Illusion Theatre, so convenient.
