Yesterday I went to celebrate my birthday with my family. We loved the place, the view and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which makes you forget that there are not many options on the menu and overpricing.

At the end of the dinner, my husband just paid the bill without checking the receipt and, as usual, he left the tip as a thank you, not noticing that a 20% tip was already included. As a recommendation, the waiters should inform that the service is included so the costumers will not be disappointed as we felt today.

The Prosciutto was not fresh, sticky. Not good. Got offered a new one or something else that was nice. The reducted the price on the food due to the quality that was also nice.

I took my nieces out to celebrate her 20th birthday here. The staff are so nice and the atmosphere is phenomenal.

I enjoyed a lychee margarita & my bf had a glass of red wine. Both were enjoyable.

Staff, while seemed a bit distracted, were friendly. They provided us with blankets as it was warmer in the early afternoon but as the sun set, it started to get chilly.

The truffle fries were the stand out dish of the night. Perfectly crispy on the outside but still soft inside. Had a slight taste of ?kefir lime leaves? That tasted so special but also like it belonged.

The aguachile was weird for me. Tasted very unseasoned. Also they should clarify that the shrimp is boiled shrimp as aguachile is not made with boiled shrimp. It was fine, but just not what was expected.

The ahi tuna stack also tasted unseasoned. I love this dish typically but it could use more flavour.

Burgers were ok. Overpriced but again we are here for the vibes.

Salmon toasts & margarita toast were also good but not stand out. My niece told me she felt they were stingy with the amount of mozzarella on the toast. She would have appreciated more. A spread out burrata would have felt more indulgent.

I wish they would be more innovative with the flavors. Although everything was “fine”, nothing tasted special to justify the price other than the atmosphere.

The Riva terrace went above and beyond making my fiancé and i's engagement perfect. From helping me setup and accomadating whatever special request I had to absolutely perfect service with delicious food. The Riva terrace will go down as a special place to both of us for the rest of our lives.

We attended the Sunday Table on Riva Terrace. What a beautiful and sumptuous feast! Each of the many courses was thoughtful and delicious. The entire experience, from the table settings and floral arrangements to trying all the unique flavors from the gelato cart, was summer perfection.

I had a reservation for 8 PM today, and my family and I were very excited. When we arrived, they told us they couldn't find our reservation. My sister's phone was dead, so we couldn't show the email confirmation. The employees were rude and didn't care about how far we traveled to get there. We felt like they didn't want to serve us, maybe because of how we looked. We are never coming back. And we later found the email confirmation and which confirmed they were lying about our booking. And doesn’t the restaurant close at 10pm on a Friday evening??

They scaled back the menu to "deliver fresher food" but it wasn't fresh at all and the food was really gross. It is the laziest menu ever with very few things on it. They got rid of all the good things from last year. No more ice cream sandwiches. We went to sit outside and they have a new retractable roof that basically blocks and ruins the view and blocks all light completely making the place dingy and dark with no view. You are basically inside. Why they would close that on a beautiful spring day is beyond comprehension. I ordered a mojito with extra mint which is the easiest drink ever and they didn't put any mint in it at all. When I asked why they said they only use mint juice. Weird. Our favorite place to summer is over. Definitely not worth the prices they charge.

We went for our first time to the aperitivo hour. Atmosphere and service was great. The cocktails were just ok. Food: arancinis and fries where tasty but small portions. They don’t specify that the “Choose 3 for $25” are basically half the portion of the regular size appetizer, so you are paying more for less, not what you expect of a happy hour / aperitivo hour.

The artichoke dip didn’t taste at all like artichoke.. very bland, and the Allora Spritz was way too watery.

beautiful rooftop in downtown. menu was not bad, more on the lighter side - got the steak skirt salad and shrimp skewers salad, with some truffle fries.
drinks were unfortunately a little limited - two of the cocktails we ordered were sadly sold out.
I'd come back and try this place again though.

Wonderful location, ambience, and food. The service was exceptional and my server went above and beyond for my order. Definitely recommend this place for brunch. Also, the fries here are UH-MAZING!

Exceptional service from arrival to departure, great and experienced staff, attentive to details. If you don not want to spend the night, you have to do one or 2 things, you have to have dinner at Mara and any spa service!!

Our three days were just perfect. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and desperate to fulfill their goal of making everything about staying here ideal. Spotless facilities, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, good food… I’m not sure what more to say in order to make my point. One cannot go wrong staying at a Four Seasons!

Stopped by Riva Terrace for lunch while back in the city. Good food, solid drinks and great service! The Smoked Chicken wrap was very good, especially with a little pepperoncini aioli on the side. The only downside was that it was a particularly warm day, it gets quite hot on the terrace, and we were told that all of the shaded tables were being held for reservations. The Maitre d’ did help us move to a shaded seat once another party left which was very much appreciated; however, if it’s a hot/sunny day consider making a reservation.
