The margarita pizza was perfect and the lemon ricotta on the Bianca created such a light, refreshing pizza. Would highly recommend dropping in here. Not only was the food great, but the service was top notch, too!

Can’t say enough about Rosalia. This is a restaurant that executes wherever you look. Clean and well kept/well decorated? Absolutely. Service is personable at every turn? You bet. Every pizza is incredible, and the mark of the quality of ingredients is found when you re-heat the pizza the next day and find it tastes *just* as good. Sides, dips, and drinks are equally fantastic. We bring every out of town friend and family member here, and for good reason. Special props to the ice bar that’s been going ALL WINTER this year!
A true local treasure.
Kid-friendliness: High chairs and crayons/coloring upon request, I don’t recall there being a specific kids menu but I’d argue that’s unnecessary at an oven-fired pizza restaurant.
Our toddler loves it here.

The Zuca squash pizza is one of my favorite dishes in all of the Twin Cities. So many great flavors in perfect balance.

Good pizza. Great server. Drinks are a little spendy.

Rosalia has delicious pizza and appetizers! Their cocktails are amazing too. They have a lot of variety and their pizzas can be customized with a variety of different toppings.

The pizza was standard wood fire pizza that you can find most places with a wood fire option. It’s on the pricey side. Three small pizzas and two cocktails came to over $120! I’d have rather spent that on a nice sit down restaurant. If you have money burning a whole in your pocket, it won’t matter, but this is your fair warning if you don’t want to spend that much on pizza.

Guy that worked at the former Burch restaurant runs this place now. It’s super nice inside and the food is as good or better than Burch. It’s hidden away—go check it out any time of year. It’s great.

The best pizza 🥰
Rosalia in Edina is an amazing Pizza spot. The crust is perfectly crisp yet chewy, with just the right amount of char from the wood-fired oven. Their unique flavor combinations are a standout. Every bite is a delicious surprise. If you're in the area, this spot is a must.

Ice bar and little fire pit on the patio with warm drinks was a great finish to really good pizza. We got 4 pizzas for 5 people and took a little home food. It was incredible. Cavolo Nero with bacon and hot honey was 11/10, and i would highly recommend trying the Mortadella Panuozzo. Everything we had was great and I need to go back!
