I typically really love Roti…5/5 but today I went to get a bowl and they barely put 6 small pieces of chicken and barely enough sauce on top. The bowl was really lacking that flavor and protein I was looking for. I should have paid attention to have said something, but I shouldn’t have to, right?
Why are they closed 😕
Rio and Sam made our experience at Roti awesome!! They were extremely friendly and had phenomenal customer service. We enjoyed our bowls very much!
The portion is generous! I like it!
I guess inflation didn’t just hit the prices—it hit the portions too! The amount they serve keeps shrinking, while the prices keep growing. It’s like they’re charging for the air in the bowl now. The taste is okay, as you’d expect from a Mediterranean fast-food chain, but seriously, don’t let the food go on a diet. We came here to eat, not to leave hungrier than when we arrived!
FOOD POISONING!!! My husband got food poisoning from the keto bowl and has been violently projectile vomiting since yesterday when we ordered from Roti for the first time through Uber eats. My meal was fine luckily but I got a rice bowl. BEWARE
The salmon was old. It tasted like it had spoiled, the kale was old and turning yellow and withering. For $16 I expect something filling, delicious and fresh. That was the worst meal I’ve ever had. Everything looked dirty in the bar area where the different options were just no.
I enjoyed my falafel pita sandwich. The falafel, pita, and mango sauce were especially good! I was served quickly and ate at my own table, though that could be because I came at an odd time in the afternoon. It's easy to have dry falafel, but these were tasty indeed! Interior is minimalist modern, so not quite my style, but everything is clean. 12.50 for dinner is reasonable.
$16 for a bowl full of rice and sides? Less than half of a spoonful of chicken. Not even after i told the server it wasn’t enough they didn’t add more. Too expensive for nothing. Falafel were hard and dry

Ordered 4 items via UberEats, only 3 were delivered and all cold, hardly any meat. Called about the missing item, was told they couldn't do anything about besides asking for a refund via UberEats.

I got the best service here today. The young woman who helped me was patient, and gave great customer service when what I wanted wasn't on the menu. She was super apologetic that they were out of something out front, and just overall extremely professional. I wish I had gotten her name! Great food and great experience.

I can’t express how much I appreciate the staff at this location! They really have a phenomenal team of folks who are always so fun, kind, warm, and inviting. This is my favorite place to grab lunch for work because I leave with a smile on my face each time. 10/10 on service alone. The fact that the food is fresh and delicious is really just a bonus!

On Wednesday May 29th I came in to get food to go. While ordering, I observed someone who was visibly ill preparing food. My instinct was to leave, but I was mid-order and due to politeness I continued the process. 2 days later I was sick with covid. I will never patronize this restaurant again.
