The food is good, but if you order online and make any adjustments or additions to the order they are likely to be missed. I've had numerous orders where minor replacements are missed and even a couple where I add a paid item like additional protein missed. Again, still solid food but it doesn't seem like the staff is very careful when making the order.

I eat here once a week - it’s a solid healthy meal with consistent quality to the food. The thing that really keeps me coming back is the crew! They are a positive group of people who engage with their customers. They create a happy, energized atmosphere that leaves their customers smiling!

I was very disrespected by the supposedly shift lead at the store. I came in as I was waiting for a meeting I told him I was the head of the meeting for my company and I asked to use the bathroom and he said it was for customers only and I said oh I am a customer we're having a meeting here. In which he still did not let me use the restroom. An still didnt let me use the bathroom and then I requested the store managers number and it took me 3 times of asking before he gave it to me. Mind you I have 2 meetings a week at thar mall and try to support every business. But here never again. With 9-12 people in my meeting wait to take roughly a $200 loss and $50 dollar tip.

In town and using the work box space. Long line, but glad waited in it as it was a great meal

The food is really good. Love the rice bowls. The harissa chicken is great. However, the service at this location tends to be really bad. There was no one behind me in line yet the person making my bowl kept rushing me "what else, what else" before I could even open my mouth. I get it if it's busy but there was literally no one behind me. Not to mention they tend to really skimp you on the meat. Today I got one small little scoop of harissa chicken. Maybe a couple pieces total. The woman making my bowl seemed more concerned with just making it as fast as she could than actually making sure the bowl was made properly. I'll probably still go back because the bowls are good but just be forewarned....service tends to be hit and miss here.

Pretty mediocre taste and food they serve could be stale depending on the time you go.

WOW! My family and I decided to take a walk threw out the skyway and we had ended up getting subway and shortly after discovered this place! My sandwich was abandoned 2 bites in! A footling is $14 at subaway but for $13 you can get a flavorful, robust, freshness in a dish on the go and it’s absolutely delish from this place! Never had mediterranean food and I am 100% impressed.

Clean, fast food. Nicely broad flavor range. Fair prices. Atrium space is inviting. Super convenient for office wallahs. Recommended!

We like this type of fast casual place. The service is fast, the food is full flavored, and it is healthy. Reminded us of a similar chain where we live in Virginia named Cava.

If you're familiar with chipotle, it is the same assembly line model. If you are further familiar with Cava, it is exactly that but not as good. It is Mediterranean style food where you can build your bowl or pita, choose the base (rice and/or salad), protein, and toppings. For the price, it's a bit expensive (~$16) when all is said and done. I think the food lacked bold flavors. It's not a bad option if you want a quick decent meal, but it's not the best. The space is super clean but small. The lunch rush is real but the line moves quickly. There is ample seating outside the actual restaurant.

SUPER disappointed in this place! I order online and ask for no feta due to an allergy and every time they put it on. The one time I ask for it it be remade, they got angry and THREW the bowl at the wall into the trash. They are only understanding if I go in person, which is not always an option. They also never give me double pita when I order. It ruined my day :(.

Meh. Got a salad for lunch. Pita was stale, beef was dry tough and flavorless. even the mixed greens tasted a bit "off", like it sat uncovered in the refrigerator. I think they eliminated some of the toppings: no chick peas or pepperoncini available. I see no reason to go back.

Good and quick lunch spot in downtown. Good options on proteins and you can make your own bowl or wrap with different toppings. Helpful staff with enough place to sit but u inside and in the IDS court. Quick easy and relatively cheap. If you are in the mood for a quick Mediterranean bite, i would recommend giving it a try.
