Was very fortunate this place was open at 6:00 a.m. being on the lakes and looking for Tom the elf The gnome that lives in the tree on lake Harriet great coffee and it was so nice to be open at 6:00 a.m.

Cozy and quaint in a lovely neighborhood. Nice interiors and outdoor seating options. Probably the best blueberry scone I’ve ever had. Matcha option for sweetened or non sweetened. Coffees, ice teas, chai so a good amount of non coffee choices as well. Service was great and efficient.

Royal Grounds is a pretty cozy little coffee shop, nestled along Grand Ave in Uptown Minneapolis. The coffee is delicious, water is plentiful, and the snacks are too notch. I appreciate that the shop discourages tips in favor of a fair wage for all employees. The decor is also quite unique and fun, especially in the bathroom.
