I only had their coffee, which was quite good. They offer a wide variety of baked goods, all nicely showcased. The place was busy, but customers seemed considerate and didn’t linger too long. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting, though a bit loud due to the many conversations. I’ll definitely be back—hopefully to try some of those baked goods next time.
Rustica Bakery and Café in St. Louis Park is such a charming little spot that instantly makes you feel cozy the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with the smell of fresh pastries and espresso drifting through the air. I tried their lox bagel, and honestly, it was a 10/10, perfectly balanced with fresh salmon, creamy spread (it was so good), and that ideal bagel chew that’s hard to find outside New York. It felt like the kind of breakfast you want to savor...
Service was great! Bread was forgettable. Rustica used to make fantastic richly flavorful bread. My favorite was the olive bread and my wife loved the fruit and nut bread. Today we got a loaf of multigrain bread. The flavor wasn’t even a pale shadow of what they used to make. We will not be back.
