Ruth's Chris Steak House

Steak was excellent. Steamed broccoli was as plain as it sounds. Asparagus was overcooked. Multiple service errors--wrong food x2 and forgot second glass of wine. Couples tables are a little awkward, viewing the dining room as if it were a stage. Dress code was a joke. More hoodies and track suits than a Chuck E. Cheese. Steep decline in the last ten years. Will not invest in a top class experience here again. Did not deliver.

Augratin potatoes weren't cooked thoroughly. Even though in for early dinner, plenty of staff yet slow service. The steak was excellent

You know I don't always go to steakhouses all the time, but I might have to change that after visiting Ruth's. Chris. Honestly, the food is just so good. The prices are definitely eye-watering, but it's definitely to be expected. Plenty of people around you are celebrating something so you can tell it's definitely a restaurant that most people are visiting for special occasions. Honestly, I prefer their food over 6 Smith and even Manny's.

The steaks here are always perfectly cooked, seasoned just right, and absolutely delicious. 10/10

We go every year for my so s bd and always had good service, this time was a bit off kinda felt like we were the last on our servers list

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with some of the warmest and friendliest service I’ve ever experienced. Our server was attentive without being intrusive—always nearby when needed, yet never overbearing. Professional, personable, and genuinely kind, they made our dining experience seamless from start to finish. To top it off, the incredibly nice manager surprised us with complimentary desserts to take home—a gesture that truly reflects the exceptional hospitality here.

As for the food: absolutely outstanding. My spouse and I both ordered the Filet, and we were blown away by the flavor. Each steak had a perfectly seared crust and was cooked to absolute perfection—easily among the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

Side dishes were just as impressive. If you’re a fan of sweet potatoes, the sweet potato casserole is mind-blowing: whipped to a creamy consistency and topped with something magical that made every bite unforgettable. The au gratin potatoes were another standout—rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying.

And then there’s the dessert. The chocolate sin cake is a must for any chocolate lover—decadent, dense, and downright divine.

While the meal was on the pricier side, every penny felt well spent. I left with zero complaints and a strong desire to return as soon as possible. This place is a gem!

First time ever dining here and will definitely be back. Server was extremely friendly and on point. My husband and I both ordered Filets that were cooked to perfection and flavorful. We each got a side; Au Gratin Potatoes and Sweet Potatoes. Even though we were satisfied and full from the delicious food, the manager insisted on sending each of us home with a dessert on the house. Have never had better hospitality from a restaurant before. Highly recommend!

I arrived for an evening meal. My experience, as usual, was exceptional. The food was good, the service was fun, and the ambience was comfortable. As usual, I overate, but everything I did eat was delightful. Highly recommend!

Ruth's Chris is one of the best restaurants for an excellent meal. This is not the place to go to get a cheap meal, but if you want excellent food and service this is it. We have frequented this restaurant many times of the years and it remains one of our favorite spots to enjoy a great night out. The food is always excellently prepared and delivered to your table hot and cooked to perfection. The service is impeccable and consistent. We dined there last night and were visited by the manager of Ruth's Chris who was making sure our evening was going as planned and we were happy with our dining experience. This is the type of service that is rare to come by these days. Definitely a good choice for a memorable night out with superb service and food to match. You won't be disappointed.

Jonathan did a fabulous job as our waiter! You could tell that he enjoys his profession. He simply could not have been better! Food was excellent. Best steaks ever!

As always, we had a great experience the lamb chops were fabulous as well as the service and atmosphere. This is always our favorite choice for any occasion or just for a great meal.❤️

My husband ordered the cowboy ribeye and I ordered the filet. We both agree our steaks were made to perfection. Melted in our mouths!
