Ordered last night. 2 out of 3 of us didn't love our food and they didn't deliver Vietnamese Coffee we ordered. They asked for feedback this morning, I let them know about the coffee and they promised to do better, but no offer of a refund or discount off a future order. I asked about it and they once again vowed to do better next time. Nope... never gonna be a next time for us.

This is the first time my wife and I have visited Saigon Uptown, and we were extremely impressed. They have amazing food that is served and prepared by wonderfully friendly people. We would highly recommend the Pork Egg Rolls, the Pho (I had the Pho with beef, filet mignon and meatballs), and the banh mi.

My friend and I arrived a little late, just 15 minutes before closing, but we were warmly greeted with a smile from the owner. The hospitality was incredible, but the food was truly the highlight—easily some of the best, if not the best, Vietnamese cuisine in Minnesota. We’ll definitely be coming back!.
