This is the first time my wife and I have visited Saigon Uptown, and we were extremely impressed. They have amazing food that is served and prepared by wonderfully friendly people. We would highly recommend the Pork Egg Rolls, the Pho (I had the Pho with beef, filet mignon and meatballs), and the banh mi.

My friend and I arrived a little late, just 15 minutes before closing, but we were warmly greeted with a smile from the owner. The hospitality was incredible, but the food was truly the highlight—easily some of the best, if not the best, Vietnamese cuisine in Minnesota. We’ll definitely be coming back!.

Good service, excellent multi-cuisine Asian food, quiet low-key atmosphere, centrally located, very reasonable prices, and excellent vegetarian options. We ordered Fried Rice with Tofu and Black Bean Sauce with mock duck, both "extra spicy." (Not too spicy for heat-lovers 😊.) Menu is available online.

Vegetarian options: Almost every dish offers tofu & mock duck options.

Parking: A couple spots in the back + street parking.
