I was so excited to come and support this black owned business… the girl behind the counter on Thursday afternoon was rude and had an attitude. She was impatient and rude when I was asking simple questions. I felt like a hinderance and not a guest. I’ll give it another shot because the business is important to the community. Please have a coaching conversation with her. Update- I got home and my sandwich was incorrect. Super sad about my whole experience.

Im really Disappointed, for our Black History meal for our job Sun Country Airlines. Mpls...the sandwich was not good , wilted lettuce and the bread was thick, and that pasta ,dry, gross ..the mayo wasn't good and should have not been put on all the sandwiches..and then how it was givin in a brown paper crumbled up bag , not even a logo on the bag..how embarrassing..to represent Black History an most of of here at Sun Country Airlines are mostly black..you made a lotta money for garbage.....

I order for work from them and it is always delicious and timely. I love that we can get last minute catering that is both quality and priced modestly.The staff is so friendly and they communicate well.I would recommend them 100% to anyone!
The wall literally says “Always Fresh” and yet I watched the employee microwave my food.… spending over $35 on 2 sandwiches just for it to fall apart as soon as I receive it.Ratings were high as well were my hopes.. might give it a second chance some other day.

Their breakfast sandwich on garlic toast is absolutely amazing. The wait was brief, the prices are reasonable, and the sandwich is one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. Do yourself a favor, stop here and get something delicious to eat.Only downside - no decaf coffee/espresso, so I couldn't get any coffee. Very minor when compared with how good the food is.

The service here is great. They are extremely friendly and helpful navigating the menu. These sandwiches are incredible. They are a little small, but priced accordingly. This place crushes all the other chains (Quiznos's, subway, jersey mikes... etc). If you're ever able to choose this over them; do it. The bread is soft. It's warm! Don't make my mistake, get the full size. You'll be sorry if you don't.
Some of the best sandwiches in MN. I would recommend ordering ahead to avoid a wait but it's worth it anyways. And the team is always sweet to me.

Friendly staff serving delicious breakfast sandwiches! The garlic buttered and toasted bread is a tasty touch. The sandwich seemed small at first but after consumption it fills an empty stomach perfectly. The richness would probably make a bigger sandwich too much of a good thing.

5+ Stars to Sammy's! We worked with Sammy's to cater a local film screening event based off their reviews, as I am located out of state. We had very particular needs and they knocked it out of the park. The service and food was outstanding! Everyone wanted to know where it came from and commented on how great and fresh everything was. We are so thankful for Sammy's and wish them all the very best.
