We stopped by on a Monday evening so not a real busy time so dining room was pretty empty. Had coconut shrimp appetizer which was good but slightly over cooked. Family had a curry dish that was great, shrimp/scallop noodle dish that was also great and drunken shrimp that was so so with way overcooked shrimp. Very good service and a robot that delivers the food. Will have to try a hotter spice level next time as medium is pretty weak.

After a football game and a few too many burgers and fries, I was craving something different. Sawatdee Thai was within walking distance from my hotel, so I gave it a try.

The restaurant itself isn’t the most modern — a bit of fresh paint and an interior update wouldn’t hurt. That said, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made for a nice atmosphere.

The food was good, with solid flavors and fresh ingredients. My only real complaint is that the portion could have been slightly bigger — I didn’t feel quite as full as I had hoped. Price-wise, it was reasonable and fair for what I got.

If you’re looking for a break from fast food and want something flavorful and comforting, this is a solid choice.

Really not good.

We ordered two pad Thai dinners for myself and girlfriend on ubereats with mock duck. Really wish we didn't. The food was exceptionally greasy, like really really greasy, the point to which we both were feeling really sick really fast and had to throw out the majority of the food. The mock duck tasted.. off.. like musky almost.

Traditional pad Thai typically comes with green onion, cilantro, and lime. It had no green onion, cilantro, and instead of lime they gave us.. lemon?? lol. In my years of working in restaurants as a cook I have NEVER seen lemon served with pad Thai. That being said the lemon we got in our food was literally old, brown, and rotten, it looked absolutely disgusting.

All in all around 40 bucks to feel gross is disappointing to say the least. Whoever runs this place has no idea what they are doing or how to make traditional pad thai. Its a really simple dish.

You can see in the picture where it ended up and belonged.

Enjoyed amazing lunch at Sawatdee Thai. The Pad See Yew with shrimp was delicious. Welcoming staff and an efficient robo server . We'll be back. Make sure to order the Thai Tea or the Thai beer.

Had a great experience here, the manager served us at the bar mid day and was kind and courteous. Food was out quickly and accurately.

I should’ve been paid to eat here. I had to literally walk around to find my server multiple times, yet she was a chatty Kathy with the other guests. I was on my lunch break and barely made it due to her 1) being inattentive 2) not bringing a togo box when I asked (3 separate times) 3) not bringing the check with the togo box 4) generally being standoffish and rude

For some reason I still tipped. If you are insulin resistant, everything on the menu tastes like it is dipped in sugar. Not authentic. Hard pass, especially at the pretentious price point.

We wanted a quick and delicious meal before going to the Guthrie. We didn't want anything too heavy, Sawatdee was the perfect choice!

**NotGood!! Went to have a late lunch today ordered Pad Thai asked for level 4 spice. First off upon arriving into the restaurant , the dining area had a weird smelly stinch to it , it didn’t smell like food it was an old basement smell I can’t describe it. Secondly, I ordered their famous Sue egg rolls, they didn’t taste the same way like years ago, very interesting, it had lots of unseasoned ground beef, it was like they didnt have that delicious Thai flavor like it used to, for those who know , you know. The Pad Thai came out lukewarm and the over all taste was bland , I could see the chilli flakes , but it was not spicy, which was interesting, something was just off and missing , so I asked for the chilli oil rack to ‘doctor’ it up, even the sauces weren’t hot, it was like the oil was watered down , that seemed weird to me that a Thai restaurant wouldn’t ensure spices and flavor are top tier. The taste of the Pad Thai didn’t have the aroma or basic flavors of cilantro, chilli, lime , salt pepper , ‘Thai spices’ , there was a lemon wedge on the side. I dont complain while at restaurants, so I just waited patiently for the bill, and I tipped because that’s what I do and technically I was served by a nice young man (he did his job). I for sure almost gagged but I kept my composure and just boxed over 95% of my meal. This place used to be very unique for their authentic Thai flavors and an arrange of dishes , I hadn’t been here in a while and was very excited but I must say I left disappointed unfortunately, it’s hard times out here and it reminds me to just stay at home and cook up my own meals.

Wow not good. I’m really disappointed. This was from a door dash order so I did not go to the restaurant. I ordered pad Thai and it was not edible for the most part. VERY DRY and the beef I paid extra for was like cardboard. Also there was very little flavor. I’m not gong to go or get food from there again. Wow.

This Thai restaurant has a large menu selection with some signature dishes that are good. For the price of the dishes the food could be better but we’re also talking about a restaurant in the Mills district so I suppose the expectations can’t be that high in regard to pricing. One time restaurant and I’m not sure if I’d go back again.
