Sebastian Joe's was an impromptu stop on our trip when the mood for ice cream hit. And if you are reading this, forget impromptu and make this part of your plans! We had a few different flavors and each one was beautifully crafted to satisfy our tastes buds. Peanut butter, toasted coconut, almond and blueberry. The ice cream is great. I love that you can try a sample before you commit to the whole scoop! There is a great variety so accommodates your whole group, everyone can find a flavor they love.
