Completely Forgettable
Sloppy and Greasy
I had a pretty disappointing experience at Shake Shack Southdale. I ordered a burger without bacon, and they still served it with bacon — not a huge ask, and they got it wrong. The burger itself was greasy, sloppily wrapped, and halfway falling out of the paper, touching the metal tray — just careless presentation all around.
The bathroom was out of order, with a paper towel bin overflowing — not a great look for a fast-casual place.
Honestly, do yourself a favor and skip this location. If you want a real burger experience, check out LeBurger 4304 — at least they get your order right and serve it with care.

This was my first time at a Shake Shack. I loved the BBQ burger and fried pickles! I did not like the shake too much, though. It has a light and airy mouthfeel that's different from an ice cream based shake. I had the smores flavor one. The flavor was great, and there were lots of chocolate chunks that were delicious.

Very overpriced, very average, very small burger. $63.00 for a family of 3 to eat burger, fries, and a drink. The burgers are more like a small slider.
