The worst burger experience. I tried to order online twice the website was not working and on both occasions I had to drive there. First experience was not great I decided to give them a second chance. I waited for more than 15mins for my food, the server was uninterested in serving me. My burger was packed exposed and quickly became cold and by the time it got home it was cold. Never mind about fact that my burger looked like it sustained 2nd degree burns, it was so burnt it looked like a piece of charcoal it was completely burnt. I had to take the entire burger apart to remove the burns but lost half the burger in process of trying to salvage it. I should have gone to Chick Fil A. What a waste of time and money. . . I am very very disappointed

The food tasted alright but I just paid $18.39 for a tiny little burger and an extra basic side of crinkle cut fries. Maybe it's me but I guess I just expect to need both hands when I pay that much for a burger. First and last visit.

First time visitor here. The place was filthy, even the windows were gross. The menu is a giant, wall-sized mural so you can't see it if anyone is in line ahead of you. For two small burgers, two fries and two small shakes it was $50! YIKES! I could go to freaking Red Lobster with that kind of cash!Service was excellent and the employees were kind and competent when it came to handling my food.

First time to Shake Shack.. Idk how this place is in business. Burger was horrible- literally any fast food burger would be better and I am not a picky eater. The shack sauce is like a flavorless thick mayo, bacon like rubber, burger no flavor not juicy. Cheese on cheese fries also thick and flavorless. Step it up or shut it down
Walked in and walked right out. The place was dirtier than a dumpster. Food on the floor, empty dirty tables, hand prints all over the glass doors and windows.
