I am from Louisiana and this food and environment makes me feel back at home. Best chicken around, love the fries and their sauce. Fantastic staff. All that said- and this might be controversial- I feel like the Mac and cheese isn't quite there yet. Needs more tang.
We got a variety of things to try out. Variety app sampler included wings (choose bone in or out and sauce), tenders (choose sauce), fried cheese cubes, string onion fries, and some veggies on the side. We also got “Legs for Days” which SAYS it’s 2 jumbo chicken legs but really, they’re normal size. Just cut out and flattened. Tried this place out last night and was pleasantly surprised! We went on a Friday night around 7 and got seated right away. Ordered a couple of specialty cocktails which were very decent but a little on the sweet side for my taste. For food we got the battered green beans, bone in Buffalo wings, and the tacos.
