Visiting from Kansas City Missouri! What a perfect little bakery/cafe!! All the gluten and dairy free options are delicious. Who knew you can make all the best baked goods in vegan ways?! Fast, healthy, SUPER affordable breakfast and treat space. We will visit again!

I found this place a few years ago and it is, THE BEST, bakery in MN. I want to tell everyone about them, while also not, so I dont have to battle lines. Double choc donut tastes like a cosmic brownie. 10/10. Lemon poppyseed muffin, 10/10. They all hit. Very nice work, Team! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Love that’s there a variety of options and I thought everything was fairly priced from about $3-6 per item. The monkey bread was buttery and sweet with the perfect texture. The flavor of the tahini chocolate chip cookie was good, but unfortunately had the texture of sand, so I’d skip those in the future. The cinnamon roll was pretty good just a bit dense. So disappointed that cash isn’t accepted as a form of payment. Not having ability to pay with card is a tragic reality for many and as gluten free options are already usually rare this just a needless insult to injury to someone who doesn’t have the privilege* to pay with card at the moment.

As usual, we chose this as a gluten free bakery destination while traveling. Comparing GF donuts across the country, they would be 8/10 for me. The texture and flavor was very good. They did not stand out as a particularly unique or superior to others but certainly a favorite for anyone restricted or choosing GF diet.
The guests with me do not typically eat GF. They enjoyed the lemon poppyseed muffin and a mocha and hot chocolate but ranked them in need of more flavor.
Sift hand crafts their own flavor syrups, which could be the reason for the flavor expectation not being met.
Parking is very limited on site due to their proximity to an intersection and no nearby lot.

Their local reputation speaks for itself in the numerous shops they also supply with their baked goods.

Overall, it’s a gem! The variety and quality and the pricing all make it a standard to look up to in a Midwest metropolis.

Great options for a celiac. Usually get a 4 pack of frozen donuts whenever I am visiting from out of town. Accommodations for other allergies as well.

The service here is great, but as someone who doesn’t like coconut much, you can taste the coconut flour so strongly in almost all dishes. If you like coconut then you’ll love their treats!

I love that this place also has a potato-free long list of items! Today I had the blueberry coffee cake and took home a pizza crust. Coffee cake was yummy and filling!

I ordered a dessert for my son’s rehearsal dinner in WI. There were several guests with gluten allergies and also other food allergies. I placed a special order for Scotcheroos. They even packed the bars in boxes that were cooler-sized to transport on a hot July day. The guests LOVED 🥰 them! Even the guests without allergies were surprised at how delicious 😋 they were. Special thanks to Molly & her staff for making a dessert that EVERYONE could enjoy!

Delicious latte and double chocolate donut for under $10. You don't miss the dairy or gluten in any of their products. The donut was soft and moist with decadent chocolate frosting. Haven't tried the breads yet, I'll try to update later, but they definitely pass the squish test, springing right back just like a glutenful item. I also got myself a birthday cupcake :) vegan cream cheese frosting was amazing! You've got a try the savory monkey bread. Highly recommend

Got my pre-order wrong and were unable to make it good. Really put me in a tough spot for a time sensitive need.
