I was at the Bloomington location last night and spend $400 on a dinner that was the most underwhelming experience of my life . Incredibly slow service and the seafood boil was probably the most bland thing I’ve ever had and I had EVERY saucier they offered ! It was my daughter 18th birthday and I actually had to tell her I’ll make it up to her. So very disappointed

First time visit to the restaurant celebrating our son's birthday; made reservation noting the occasion. Great overall menu. Good amount of drink and food choices. For cocktails enjoyed the Jack Sparrow, Hurricane, and Blackberry Julep. The Crab Cakes and Connecticut Roll were wonderful. Josh our server was top notch! Only disappointment was really no acknowledgement of the celebration and no offering a special dessert to recognize the occasion. Definitely recommend and will visit again.

After reading good reviews we decided to try this restaurant. Order a calamari appetizer, which was greasy. My wife opted for a shrimp broil which was decent. My son and I both decided to try the famous lobster rolls. I had a cold one, he had the warm one. Maybe 3 oz of seafood at best. While tasty, we both left hungry and definitely not worth the price. Could have had whole lobster tails for the same amount.

The food was uniformly outstanding. Fresh and flavorful and served promptly. Our Easter lunch was a real surprise and we will return. We had the wedge salad, jumbo shrimp bruschetta, deviled eggs and the Crab Benedict. Our server was Jess and we would love to find ourselves at her table again. Just a great experience.

Food and service excellant. Their was different food prices for everyone in our party of four. From $10.00 to $67.00, so there was something for everyone in different food and prices.

The bartenders were wonderful when we sat at the bar. Super attentive and helpful and friendly. However, when we were seated at a table, the service was horrible. We were seated and a server never came over. We finally had to go grab someone at the front to ask if we had a server assigned to us. Throughout our visit he barely checked on us and acted as if we were not his priority since we were just a table of 2. This was a rare night out away from our kids for us, and we drove across the cities to come try this place, so that was really disappointing to us. The food was really good and we'd like to come back but we left feeling a little disheartened about the experience.

The food was great. It was our twins' birthday, and our server was so nice—genuinely kind and very attentive to our kids. She even brought out cake for them!

London has fantastic customer service and the food was great I will be back sooner than you'd think!

Our first visit with family and we were all pleased with the experience. The food was perfectly prepared and in ample proportions (Frankly, we all ate too much) Two of the diners had fish and chips--one with perch, one with cod--and both commented on the crispy batter over moist tender fish and the flavorful fries. Another diner had linguini and clams--also delicious and I had the tuna poke which was exceptional. Sides of cornbread and roasted potatoes were also a big hit. To finish our perfect dinner we ordered key lime pie, apple cobbler and a root beer float. The noise level was moderate allowing us to easily converse. If there was one negative was our server had too many tables to serve leading to long wait times. Otherwise she was pleasant.

The cod served with the fish and chips was inedible, heavily breaded and dripping with grease. The roasted potatoes with bleu cheese were also inedible. They were dramatically overcooked. Oh, and if you don't like cilantro, don't order the cole slaw. To top it off, the service was poor — inattentive and uncaring.

THEY NO LONGER HAVE THIS DISH. They got rid of the amazing stuffed salmon which was everyone's fav. Prices also went way up and a bunch of extra fees.

The food and service was good however— I noticed the 5% wellness fee included in the SUBTOTAL which means the percentage tip you put in also includes tipping on that fee…. and on top of it, you’re TAXED on it. And because we pay at the table with the Toast device and typically we’d put a percentage tip on the screen…it’s only until after the matter that you realize you’ve paid more than just the 5% wellness fee. You throw tax and tip on it and it’s like we’re paying 7% on top of 20% for service for no reason.

the new parsnip salmon dish is terrible. Bring back the stuffed salmon. It's what all of us were going to Smack Shack for and the server even told us people are upset this amazing dish is gone.

Made a reservation got seated right away but no one came by to even take our drink order for 20 minutes and we had a dozen workers walk pass our table. When we finally called it to leave then someone finally acknowledged us but at that point we were too frustrated and left. I let the server know how long we’re waiting for and he asked for my name so for the “next time” we could get prioritized for the next visit for out wasted time. Doubt we will ever come back. Very disappointed.
