I chose the option to create my own bowl. There was no bowl just food put in side containers. The dressing was horrible! It tasted like stove top stuffing mixed with jiffy no gravy as a choice. The Fantasia fried chicken was excellent! Jr Gong jerk chicken was delicious! Macaroni n Cheese was alright.

I ordered the rude boy jerk salmon. The flavor was there, but it was definitely dry, and it was missing the pineapple and green onions. We also ordered the beef patty and a side of corn bread. Now those were really good! I could eat the corn bread every day. The so fresh bowl, was pretty good but honestly, I think this place is a little over priced for what you get. Graze itself is a beautiful building, and the patio is amazing! I love the concept. There are so many other restaurants located inside, plus a bar. We will definitely be going back to try the other places.

I just had to share how GOOD my Soul Bowl meal was last night at the Twins game. Spicy, temp was HOT, and good service. I appreciated the worker who was putting it together, too. Took time to make sure it was presentable and put together just right.

I paid almost $25 for less than half a cup of mac, a small piece of chikin, and probably 2 cups of the saltiest collard greens I have ever eaten.
Being from the south I was surprised to find a soul food restaurant in the city. Atmosphere was great food was great!!! If your ever in the city check this place out 10/10

Last night we returned to Graze for some much needed Soul Bowl! Naya kindly greeted us and remembered us from our last visit and welcomed us back. She took our order and prepared it in less than a minute or two. Dennis also remembered us and stoped us on our way out and made sure we enjoyed our meal! it was amazing of course! i had the melt in your mouth jerk chicken with the collard greens and yellow rice topped with green onions and pineapple 10/10! will be eating my leftovers for lunch today!?

Pretty disappointed with soul bowl - food looked great on the menu, but in reality, everything I tried was just ok. Mac and Cheese and collard greens were fine. Chicken was dry and there wasn’t much of it (though the seasoning was good), cornbread, and sweet potatoes were pretty awful. For the price before tip around ~$25 this was extremely not worth it.

This Caribe Bowl was #Slammim, and don't get me started on the Blueberry Lavender Lemonade ???. Hince to the reason I'm damn near done talking a pic.? The peach cobbler I didn't eat til later, but I definitely say it wasn't bad, but I still prefer my momma homemade cobbler instead. Other than that, I give this food establishment a #Bussit (for those of you who don't know, lol)‼️????

Soooooul good!
I can see why some people like it if they've got money to spend. Definitely a space that's going to rely heavily on the charm and quality of its servers

The food is bland and under seasoned. The candied yams we ordered weren’t fully cooked. The rice was just…yellow. No seasonings and still a little hard. The chicken tenders were overcooked and dry. The service is not remotely good. I went to pickup my online order, and when I gave my name, the girl at the counter pointed to a bag on the counter and didn’t say another word. I wasn’t expecting much from soul food in Minneapolis, but this was a confirmation that I should never waste my time again and wait for a trip to Chicago or the South. 0/10, do not recommend.

I’m only giving a one star because atleast my food LOOKED good. However the food ISNT WORTH THE PRICE AT ALL . I paid $28 just for ONE bowl. I wanted the southern bowl with a sub for jerk chicken. They charged separately as if I build my own. The price wasn’t the problem what was the problem .. was paying all that money just to take a bite out of BLAND FOOD ‼️ the Mac and cheese was HORRIBLE it takes like a bunch of salt and pepper . The yams HAD NO SWEETNESS to them. Like as if you boiled a sweet potato and ate it plain . And the jerk chicken WASNT JERK. It was grilled chicken, with a weird seasoning sauce. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL !!!! Save your money or cook it for yourself .
