Stopped in while visiting some friends. I ordered a cortado and an iced vanilla chai and WOW. The cortado is delicious (great beans and not burnt) and the chai is equally impressive. If a coffee shop offers chai, it better be damn good and this one delivers!
Really Good!
This is a perfect stop for an evening visit. The ambiance was so beautiful, with the warm lights turned low. The coffee is of the best in town. Highly recommend.
They won’t actually let you redeem your loyalty rewards. So even if you’ve qualified for a discount they won’t give it. Drinks are also extremely overpriced.
Any coffee shop that plays the Persona 4 battle theme gets five stars in my book.
The prices were outrageous in relation to the coffee and tea. The staff (two were present) were short and uncaring in demeanor. I came in at 5:45pm and could not fathom that the place was closing at 6pm, which the self-involved staff people made sure to keep us aware of as they ran around making all their necessary gestures and actions towards closing on time.
I had thought I'd have a leisurely cup of tea as I studied, between 6 and 7pm. Dream on.
Your money and time can be much better spent elsewhere.

This will always remain as one of my favorite downtown coffee shops. Great drinks. Great service. Equally good to chat with friends or do work at. Street parking is typically available and free. The neighborhood has changed over the past few years, but it doesn't cause me to pause in recommending this gem of a coffee shop.

Some of the best tasting espresso I've ever had. Friendly and fun counter service that's not too cool to deal with dad jokes.

I come here occasionally for work meetings, as it is close to my office, and there is no other caribou or starbucks around. The pros: coffee is much better than the usual suspects, and there is ample space to talk/study/meet. Parking is ok, not great. The con: staff act like they would rather be working anywhere else. Just low energy, slow response, minimal interest in helping customers.

This was my first visit and felt like I was posing an inconvenience by asking where the outlets were for Wifi and the password. Both Employees (male & female) were very short in their responses and did not create a welcoming experience. I will not be coming to your establishment.
